MISIÓN.
Participación en el diseño, implementación y soporte de los procesos de tratamiento de datos e IA en la plataforma Analítica Avanzada y la Plataforma Agéntica, basada en tecnologías Cloud BIG DATA/IA.
Desarrollo de soluciones para el tratamiento del dato tanto para soluciones de Datos e IA, dentro de equipos multidisciplinares, definiendo y aplicando la metodología de uso de la tecnología.
Diseño y desarrollo de frameworks que permitan optimizar esfuerzos y reducir el tiempo de entrega de casos de uso.
Generación de valor y ventajas competitivas, aplicando propuestas tecnológicas innovadoras, mejorando procesos de gestión y de negocio.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
- Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y optimizar los pipelines de datos de la Plataforma Analítica Avanzada.
- Definir y desarrollar frameworks de desarrollo de IA Generativa, estableciendo buenas prácticas.
- Experiencia en definición y desarrollo de soluciones de IA Generativa (RAG, RA-DIT o Fine-Tunning).
- Definir estándares de gestión de datos, proyectos de machine learning, datos no estructurados, etc.
- Colaborar con Analistas de Negocio y Científicos de Datos para comprender sus necesidades de datos y diseñar soluciones adaptadas a sus requisitos.
- Participación en diseños técnicos y gestión de equipos y de proyectos.
- Negociar y gestionar propuestas con un grado de complejidad técnico elevado.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el campo de la ingeniería de datos
REQUISITOS
Experiencia requerida:
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia.
- Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de pipelines de datos.
- Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de agentes IA
- Experiencia en motores de procesamiento batch (Spark).
- Experiencia en motores de bases de datos (SQL, NoSQL).

Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems, you'll serve as a senior technical partner to Accounting and Finance stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. About The Job
As AWS Cloud Engineer within our Cloud Engineering team, you'll design and build the cloud foundation that powers Sanofi's most critical solutions. Our Cloud Engineering team is made up of passionate cloud experts who own the AWS Landing Zone and its foundational services. We work hand-in-hand with infrastructure and application teams, supporting cloud migration journeys and helping build cloud-native solutions. It's a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas shape how a global biopharma company harnesses the power of the cloud.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud foundations — Own the AWS Landing Zone and core cloud services, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and ready to support business-critical workloads (400 AWS accounts).
- Develop reusable infrastructure components — Write and maintain modular infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, building a library of standardised, reusable modules that accelerate delivery across teams.
- Automate deployments end-to-end — Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate cloud provisioning, configuration management, and service deployment reliably and at scale.
- Embed security and compliance by design — Implement cloud security controls, access policies, and network safeguards to ensure every deployment meets Sanofi's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Keep the platform visible and reliable — Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions so teams have full visibility into platform health and can respond quickly when issues arise.
- Contribute to cloud migration initiatives — Guide the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS, minimizing disruption while applying cloud architecture best practices throughout.
- Enable and uplift cloud capability — Act as a trusted technical advisor for engineering teams, sharing knowledge on cloud patterns, best practices, and tools to raise the bar across the organisation.
- Cloud expertise — Deep, hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture, with a strong ability to design scalable and resilient solutions.
- Infrastructure as code mindset — Strong proficiency in Terraform (including module development), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred), and automation tooling such as Ansible.
- Security and networking know-how — Solid understanding of AWS security principles, IAM, networking concepts, and compliance controls.
- Collaborative and communicative — You thrive in cross-functional environments, can explain complex technical concepts clearly, and enjoy helping others grow their cloud skills.

- You will support project teams in the integration and validation of software of voice services.
