Actualmente vamos a incorporar a nuestro equipo un Product Owner que será el responsable de maximizar el valor del producto y del trabajo del equipo de desarrollo dentro del contexto de una plataforma digital entendida como producto. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Product Manager, quien es responsable de la estrategia general del producto.

El Product Owner se enfoca en la ejecución táctica y la gestión diaria del backlog del producto, asegurando que el equipo de desarrollo tenga una visión clara y priorizada del trabajo a realizar. Asegurando los tiempos y la calidad de los desarrollos, así como definir y validar pruebas para asegurar la calidad de estos.

EL PO manejará las incidencias que puedan surgir en el desarrollo y funcionamiento del producto, asegurando su pronta resolución y minimizando su impacto en la experiencia del usuario. Esto puede incluir coordinar con el equipo de desarrollo/ proveedor especializado para identificar, priorizar y abordar eficientemente las incidencias, así como implementar procesos y medidas para prevenir su recurrencia en el futuro.

Esta posición te implicará:

1.- Gestión del Backlog de Producto:

Colaborar con el Product Manager para entender la visión y estrategia de la plataforma digital.

Definir y gestionar el backlog del producto, asegurando que esté claramente articulado, priorizado y alineado con la estrategia definida por el Product Manager.

Crear historias de usuario (convertir funcional en tareas) detalladas y criterios de aceptación basados en los requisitos de las partes interesadas y la estrategia del producto.

2.- Interacción con el Equipo de Desarrollo:

Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar una comprensión clara de las prioridades y los objetivos del producto.

Participar en las ceremonias ágiles (sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) y facilitar la resolución de impedimentos.

Proporcionar retroalimentación continua y oportuna al equipo de desarrollo.

3.- Colaboración con el Product Manager:

Colaborar en la planificación de releases y asegurar la entrega de incrementos de producto que aporten valor.

Comunicar el progreso del desarrollo del producto y proporcionar informes regulares al Product Manager.

4.- Interacción con Partes Interesadas:

Recoger, analizar y priorizar las necesidades y requisitos de las partes interesadas.

Actuar como punto de contacto entre las partes interesadas y el equipo de desarrollo para asegurar que las expectativas se gestionen adecuadamente.

Facilitar sesiones de revisión y demostración del producto.

5.- Seguimiento y Mejora Continua:

Supervisar el progreso del desarrollo del producto y ajustar el backlog según sea necesario para reflejar los cambios en la estrategia y las prioridades.

Evaluar el rendimiento del producto y del equipo de desarrollo mediante la recopilación de comentarios y métricas.

Implementar mejoras continuas en procesos y metodologías para optimizar la entrega del producto.

6.- Gestión de Incidencias y Garantía de Calidad:

Manejar eficientemente las incidencias que surjan en el desarrollo y funcionamiento del producto, coordinando con el equipo de desarrollo y otras partes interesadas para identificar, priorizar y resolver los problemas de manera oportuna.

Implementar procesos y medidas para prevenir la recurrencia de incidencias en el futuro, garantizando la estabilidad y calidad del producto.

Definir y validar pruebas para nuevos desarrollos, así como pruebas de regresión de la plataforma, asegurando la calidad de las entregas y la estabilidad de la plataforma.

Para ser candidato finalista tienes que tener:

Al menos 3 años de experiencia previa como Product Owner o en un rol similar, preferiblemente en el sector de comercio electrónico o tecnología.

Experiencia práctica en colaboración estrecha con equipos de desarrollo de ecommerce.

Capacidad para comprender aspectos técnicos y discutir soluciones técnicas.

Conocimientos de UX/UI o experiencia colaborando con equipos de diseño

Preferiblemente, experiencia o afinidad por la operativa del negocio y disposición para colaborar en su mejora continua.

Conocimiento sólido de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) y experiencia práctica en su aplicación.

Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno multidisciplinario y colaborativo.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de influir y negociar con diversas partes interesadas.

✔️ Verify Requirements: Once the requirements, functional and non functional, have been gathered from the Stakeholder the Product Owner will confirm and agree that the requirements are fit for purpose and use;

✔️ Create and Maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases. Although the creation of these artefacts may be done by another team the Product Owner holds accountability for the quality of their content;

Serás el responsable de establecer y supervisar la hoja de ruta del producto, participando en todas las partes de su ciclo de vida: investigación, conceptualización, definición y diseño de la solución final, testing, lanzamiento, validación y posteriores iteraciones.

👨 💻¿Qué funciones vas a desempeñar?

• Gestión del backlog y su priorización.
• Definición de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación de las funcionalidades, para validar que el funcionamiento es el esperado.
• Supervisión y gestión de los sprints de desarrollo y la cadencia de entrega del equipo.
• Participar en la planificación de releases de la App y la plataforma.
• Definición de las métricas de producto y realizar seguimiento de las mismas.
• Actuar como enlace entre el equipo técnico y el negocio, asegurando el alineamiento de la estrategia.
• Interactuar con el resto de departamentos de la compañía para la definición de las necesidades.
• Formación a los equipos operativos en las nuevas funcionalidades del producto para asegurar su correcta implementación

🙋 ¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

• Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en rol de Product Owner, preferiblemente en productos tecnológicos digitales con componente hardware.
• Experiencia en entornos ágiles (Scrum), liderando squads de desarrollo software y colaborando con equipos de diseño.
• Capacidad de asumir los problemas y resolverlos de la forma más autónoma posible.
• Familiaridad en herramientas de gestión de producto: Jira, Figma, Firebase.
• Experiencia gestionando prioridades técnicas junto a prioridades de negocio.
• Experiencia demostrada en el manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos utilizando Excel o similares, con capacidad para extraer insights relevantes que contribuyan a la mejora continua del producto.
• Formación técnica es un plus.
• Capacidad para proponer soluciones en productos mínimos viables con definiciones claras.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinarse con diferentes áreas para garantizar la efectividad en los lanzamientos.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación tanto escritas como verbales, con capacidad para presentar informes claros y concisos a la alta dirección.
• Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevos desafíos y cambios en los proyectos.
• Enfoque proactivo en la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
• Actitud positiva, colaboradora y comprometida con la empresa.
• Inglés nivel alto hablado y escrito.
