Accountabilities

• Growth Identification: Proactively identify product bottlenecks and potential growth points by leveraging comprehensive data analysis, user research, and strategic intuition.
• Hypothesis Development: Formulate clear, testable product hypotheses and define precise success metrics to guide the development process.
• Execution Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and analysts to bring product ideas into production rapidly and efficiently.

Als Product Owner verstehst und repräsentierst du die Kundenanforderungen für die Weiterentwicklung unserer OpenStack-basierten Cloud-Plattform. Du arbeitest kundenorientiert und priorisierst Anforderungen für die Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betrieb (DevSecOps).

Aufgaben

• Pflege von Produkt-Backlogs und Vertretung der Kundensicht
• Priorisierung zur Maximierung des Kundennutzens
• Sprecher deines Squads, z.B. im PI Planning und gegenüber Kunden
• Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung agiler Prozesse

Dein Profil

Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Product Owner mit Erfahrung in Cloud-Technologien, agilen Methoden und starker Kundenorientierung, um Kundenanforderungen für eine OpenStack-basierte Cloud-Plattform zu vertreten.

Muss-Kriterien

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen, ingenieurwissenschaftlichen oder wirtschaftlichen Fach oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT mit Schwerpunkt auf modernen Cloud-Technologien
• Hohe Kundenorientierung
• Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Software-Tools
• Zertifizierung als Agile Product Owner oder vergleichbare, langjährige Erfahrung

Como Product Owner de Procesos & Servicing de Homes, serás la persona que impulse la transformación de los procesos hipotecarios end-to-end, con el objetivo de ofrecer una experiencia ágil, eficiente y sin fricciones tanto para el cliente como para los equipos internos.

EL IMPACTO QUE GENERARÁS

Estamos buscando un Product Owner en el Negocio de Homes.

En este puesto, tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

Transformación & Optimización

• Serás responsable del diseño, mejora y digitalización de los procesos hipotecarios E2E, con visión omnicanal y foco en la experiencia de cliente interno y externo.
• Impulsarás la eficiencia operativa y la simplificación de procesos, eliminando fricciones y reduciendo tiempos en la originación, tramitación y formalización de hipotecas.
• Garantizarás el equilibrio coste-beneficio, elaborando business cases que justifiquen las iniciativas y haciendo seguimiento de los beneficios tras su implementación.
• Asegurarás que los procesos cumplen con la regulación, las políticas internas y los estándares de calidad, trabajando estrechamente con las áreas de Riesgos, Cumplimiento, Legal y Operaciones.
  
  

Generación de valor & Mejora continua

• Liderarás la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los journeys hipotecarios, utilizando datos, feedback de clientes y análisis de desempeño.
• Promoverás la estandarización y automatización de procesos, impulsando soluciones que aumenten la productividad y reduzcan la carga manual.
• Diseñarás, mapearás y optimizarás los journeys de cliente y empleado, aplicando metodologías de Customer Experience y Lean Process.
• Coordinarás la bajada a la red, asegurando la correcta adopción de los nuevos procesos y liderando las acciones de comunicación y formación asociadas.
  
  

Colaboración & Liderazgo

• Serás el referente del proceso de Homes, actuando como punto de conexión entre negocio, tecnología, operaciones y red comercial.
• Gestionarás y priorizarás el backlog del Squad de Procesos & Servicing, garantizando que las entregas aportan valor real al cliente y al negocio.
• Trabajarás de forma colaborativa con otros Squads y stakeholders clave para lograr que las iniciativas respondan a la visión y estrategia del dominio de Homes.
• Fomentarás la mentalidad Agile y la mejora continua dentro del equipo, impulsando formas de trabajo más ágiles, eficientes y orientadas a resultados.
