Your Mission
- To design electronic circuits according to customer specifications for illumination systems in the automotive industry, following the most up to date techniques in a constantly evolving environment.
- Your responsibilities:
- To define, develop and validate the HW design according to customer specification and Valeo design rules
- Responsible for the integration of the different domains constraints (HW, SW, mechanic, quality, industrialisation) into the product HW design
- Cooperate with PCB layout engineers and ensure the quality of PCB layout
- Support activities related to EMC design
- Support the customer validation and design review activities
- Participate in the improvement of the standards, methods & tools
- Electronics Engineering Degree/Master, Telecommunications or equivalent experience
- Experience in HW design

About The Role
Our division provides Civil and Structural expertise across power generation and HV transmission including power plants, HV substation / HVDC Interconnector converter station, and HV cable projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Principal Structural Engineer in with experience of engineering design to join our Civil and Structural Team in Bulgaria (Sofia),Spain (Madrid/Seville) or Serbia (Belgrade). The role will span a diverse portfolio of work and there will be opportunities for advancement within the team.

Misión
Cómo Additive Manufacturing Engineer tu misión principal dentro del área consistirá en desarrollo de procesos de fabricación de componentes, incluyendo principalmente procesos fabricación aditiva, necesarios para el cumplimiento del programa MIURA 5.
La persona adecuada aportará una mentalidad abierta y utilizará un enfoque lógico y disciplinado para evaluar y seleccionar el conjunto correcto de soluciones.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollo, implementación y optimización de procesos de fabricación aditiva.
- Definición de procesos de fabricación, flujo de materiales y puntos de inspección para los diferentes elementos que componen los componentes del vehículo de lanzamiento.
- Identificación y planificación tanto de los medios productivos, como utillaje y materia prima necesaria para llevar a cabo la fabricación de los componentes requeridos.
- Generación mBOMs (Listas de materiales), rutas de operaciones, modelos 3D y planos necesarios para los diferentes procesos de fabricación.
- Redacción de documentación técnica tal como instrucciones técnicas, manuales y formularios necesarios para asegurar la calidad de la ejecución de los procesos de fabricación y su trazabilidad.
- Mejora continua de procesos de fabricación, en función de resultados obtenidos durante la producción de prototipos.
- Desarrollo, gestión y seguimiento de documentación en ERP de manera meticulosa y ordenada.
- Soporte técnico y resolución de problemas en taller durante las fases de producción.
- Supervisión y validación de procesos de fabricación aditiva, tratamientos térmicos, post proceso y limpieza.
- Ingeniería concurrente con las áreas de Diseño y Supply Chain para evolucionar los diseños y mejorar los procesos tanto en calidad como en capacidad de fabricación. Implementación con rapidez y precisión.
- Soporte en el diseño y fabricación de utillaje, así como equipamiento de apoyo para facilitar la fabricación de componentes.
- Planificar y lanzar ordenes de fabricación/ordenes de trabajo y realizar el seguimiento de las mismas en tiempo y forma para asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de plazos y criterios de calidad.
- Atención a los detalles y establecimiento de un ambiente de altos estándares de calidad en fabricación de componentes.
- Rápida resolución de No Conformidades y trabajo con el área de Calidad para implementar acciones correctivas (causa-raíz y otros tipos).
Requisitos necesarios
- Grado/Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, de Fabricación o competencias similares.
- + 2 años de experiencia demostrable en fabricación aditiva de componentes complejos y multidisciplinares.
- Experiencia demostrable en planificación de producción, definición de procesos, creación de documentos e informes, trazabilidad de procesos y documentación de calidad de acuerdo con estándares internacionales.
- Conocimiento de los fundamentos de diseño mecánico, fabricación, incluyendo conocimiento práctico de GD&T y consideraciones de diseño.
- Experiencia con CAD (preferiblemente NX), modelos 3D y planos 2D.

What would you do at Fever?
On your first month in Fever:
