About the role
The core objective of this role is to support the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) product franchises in achieving the goals and objectives of their division. This person should drive the achievement of business growth through market intelligence, focused market/competitive analysis, product positioning, development of marketing plans, product launches in coordination with the s ales organization.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Market Development: Assist in the development and responsible for the execution of local market strategies; Identify clinical/market trends and suggest new product/marketing opportunities; Create and manage Physician training programs in collaboration with the training leader; Responsible for the implementation of strategic marketing plans for product areas consistent with the overall franchise goals and Strategic Plan; Develop creative approaches to market existing/new products; Assist in creating reimbursement strategies.
- Product / Market Management: Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing training for local sales force in collaboration with the training leader; Facilitate Physician to Physician training and selling; Development of downstream sales tools to support sales execution; Help the local franchises sales force with active field support; Actively participate in local sales meetings; Participate in main customer events; Develop and implement launch strategies, including launch package.
- Product Development: Communication of market needs to International Marketing; Conduct continuous product evaluations and provide feedback to the International Marketing team; Contribute to prioritization input for new product development.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish relationships with key thought leaders in the field; Identify key Physician champions for franchise; Develop support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management through responsiveness to their questions, needs and issues; Responsible for developing and maintaining regional key opinion registers; Assist in coordinating Physician symposiums.
- Planning and Analysis: Maintain product forecast, including inventory analysis; Develop operational product launch strategies, identify product roll-out strategy; Franchise/product responsibility for developing competitive strategy and product analysis; Assist in providing market potential/analysis in developing market planning documents that encompass strategic planning, marketing plans, etc.; Understand how product profit/loss is impacted by consignment plans, national contracts, etc.; Responsible for tracking financial performance of product, analysis of issues and action plan development to achieve revenue objectives; Operate within and assist in the development of the franchise budget (including travel, promotion, advertising, etc.).
- Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific; As interface to Customer and Sales Organization has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors; Responsible to facilitate and champion the quality requirements and the message of compliance to internal and external customers for all events and campaigns.
- A marketing professional with experience in the medical device industry. Flexibly applies a full understanding of area of specialization to resolve a wide variety of situations and opportunities in a high growth, demanding, competitive and technical market.
- Not only marketing experience but also field experience (sales/clinical/technical) will be highly valued.
- Established relationship with CRM customers in Iberia as well as deep knowledge CRM would also be a plus.
- Spanish native level and high English level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product management for accessories (EMEA).
- Portfolio understanding and management, being the link between sales, GBU and Supply Chain & making sure there's a healthy stock of peripherals in EMEA, including NPIs and EOLs.
- Point of contact for alliance partners.
- Order tracking & escalations from sales. Dealing with regular requests from sales to prioritize or unblock orders and provide availability details.
- Reporting: Financial Reporting for sales & management and product related (PPM) reports. Including: forecast files, Backlog, order tracking, E&O, etc.

Palex Medical desea incorporar a un Jefe/a de Producto para su Unidad Especializada en Ortopedia, para llevar la línea de Columna/Raquis y Biológicos.

Nos gustaría encontrar a una persona con experiencia en un puesto similar de mínimo 3 años, es decir, con amplios conocimientos de columna y Marketing.
Con experiencia como Product Manager en dicha especialidad con conocimientos y experiencia en nuestro mercado.
Es indispensable tener un alto nivel de inglés tanto oral como escrito, ya que el contacto y la formación con los proveedores es es en esta lengua, por lo que necesitamos que la persona que se incorpore lo domine en la actualidad.
Por otro lado, es requisito indispensable que el candidato tenga disponibilidad para viajar (aprox. un 50% de la jornada laboral) y tenga el permiso de conducir en vigor.
Es preferible que la persona resida en Barcelona o Madrid, aunque se valorarán otras localizaciones.
Otros factores que se valorarán positivamente es que posea Estudios Universitarios en la rama de Ciencias de la Salud y haya realizado programas específicos en Marketing.

The IQVIA NLP team is looking for a product manager to look after our unstructured data content. You will understand the value of unstructured content in the healthcare and pharmaceutical domains and how users want to interact with this data. You are well-placed to put the customer’s needs at the heart of the development process and to communicate the value of the enriched data to IQVIA’s clients. Currently consisting of over 200 million documents, you will use state-of-the-art NLP technologies, to identify new sources for the IQVIA NLP Content Store, and develop appropriate enrichment and annotation strategies as well as innovative channels for data delivery.
You will be part of the IQVIA NLP Product Management team reporting to the Director of Product Strategy. You will have the opportunity to speak to existing users to understand their requirements and you will manage the roadmap for the IQVIA NLP Content Store. The Product Management team collaborates closely with Services, Go-To-Market, Product Development and UX teams to ensure that data feeds work as intended and messages are clearly communicated to the target audience.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand the market need, maintain the roadmap and work closely with the delivery team to successfully make annotated data available to clients.
- Work with our Delivery and Customer Success teams to define and deliver customer projects; attend customer meetings to understand requirements and ongoing delivery
- Develop an implementation package for users and support with documentation, “how to” videos and sample code
