Tissa Fontaneda is a Spanish luxury handbag and accessories brand characterised by impeccable quality, artisan craftsmanship and attention to detail. The instantly recognizable "nappa bubble bag" is the brand´s signature and has captivated the attention of fashionistas and luxury connoisseurs worldwide. We are currently looking for a part-time sales assistant (24 hours per week) to join our "family" in our Madrid boutique.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to clients

- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to be able to provide the best service possible

- Ensure business opportunities are maximised through efficient sales floor management while ensuring all Tissa Fontaneda standards are maintained

- Assist customers in selecting products, offering style advice and answering inquiries

- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism

- Inventory management, stock replenishment, and pricing activities

- Participate in all activities required to keep the store clean and make sure the merchandise is properly displayed at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in luxury fashion retail sales and customer service will be considered.

- Strong knowledge and interest in luxury fashion, the leather industry and sustainable fashion branding

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues

- Willingness to carry out different tasks when needed

- Basic computer literacy

- Attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude towards the role.

- Fluent Spanish and English and proficiency in other languages is appreciated.
