The Role
Working closely with the Head of Business Development for the Bags & Accessories Division you will:
• Contribute to develop the vision of seasonal handbags and accessories for our internal
collections, and design proposals tailored to our customers’ inquiries
• Collaborate in crafting compelling presentations to pitch our services to new brands and propose our latest innovations to current customers
• Conduct creative research, drawing inspiration from multiple sources: contemporary trends and lifestyle, material innovations, runways, art and technology
• Hold periodically trend report meetings with the Head of Business Development,
understanding market trends, consumer behaviors, product functionality and material
innovations within the industry. Identifying opportunities and inputs where we can drive
innovation
• Contribute to sourcing materials, leathers, finishes, and components, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic and sustainability commitments
• Participate to prototypes review with product development and QC teams, to ensure design requirements are met in production
• Ensure streamlined communications

• High sense of fashion, cultural sensitivity, knowledge of fashion history, trends, and
contemporary culture
• Specialized in bags, leather goods and accessories design within premium and luxury brands. Leather and non-leather products, for Women & Men’s category. Fashion and Sport brands
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability, ensuring designs align with briefs and market needs.
• Ability to interpreting different aesthetics as we work with a well-diversified portfolio of brands
• Strong creative and technical skills including: hand sketching, technical drawing & highly detailed tech pack creation for production
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Additional skills in Clo3D and AI content creation tools are highly appreciated, along with willingness to learn or further develop a skillset into this area
• Deep technical knowledge of handbags & leather goods construction techniques, finishings, materials, leathers and components
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, tanneries, and pattern makers to bring designs & concepts to life
• A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
