✅ ¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS EN TI?

🛠 Experiencia previa:

• +5 años en gestión de producto digital, idealmente en entornos SaaS, travel tech, e-commerce o similares.
• Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares: diseño, desarrollo, QA.
• Participación en todo el ciclo de vida del producto: conceptualización, desarrollo, implementación y mejora continua.
• Conocimiento y experiencia en modelos B2B, preferiblemente dentro del sector hotelero, turístico o tecnológico.

📚 Formación:

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE, Marketing o similar.
• Formación complementaria en Product Management, UX, Lean Product, Agile...
• Se valorarán certificaciones como Scrum Product Owner, Product School, etc.

🧠 Conocimientos específicos:

• Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
• Herramientas de gestión de producto: ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Productboard...
• Experiencia utilizando feedback de clientes y datos de uso para priorizar funcionalidades.
• Conocimientos básicos de UX/UI y diseño centrado en el cliente.
• Familiaridad con conceptos clave del sector hotelero: conversión, revenue, distribución directa, canales online.

• Experience in Software and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience as Product Owner and strong understanding of Agile principles.
• A master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience as Product Owner in teams that are developing resilient, cloud-first applications on AWS , with expertise in AWS services such as ECS , Lambda, CloudFront, and S3, as well as Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong knowledge of software security best practices, including threat assessment and secure programming methodologies.
• You have a keen interest in automated testing and TDD .
• Experience with API management systems, API Design and RESTful services.
• Expertise with CI/CD.

2. What you´ll be doing

Your day-to-day as a FullStack Developer:

• Service & API Development: Architect, build and maintain scalable, reliable backend services in Node.js (e.g. NestJS) and server-side applications with Next.js.
• Microservices & Event-Driven Systems: Design and implement microservices architectures and event-driven pipelines (Kafka or similar), ensuring loose coupling, high performance, and resilience.
• Frontend Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to build responsive, high-quality pixel-perfect frontends using React, Vue, or Angular, and integrate with our RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Performance & Quality: Optimize load times, bundle sizes, and user interactions.

You´re a great fit if you have this...

• Experience: At least 2 or 3 years of professional development experience—we’re looking for real, on-the-job product work, not internships or bootcamps. Bonus if you’ve shipped features at another product-focused company.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics or a closely related STEM field.

• Technical Expertise: Real experience building full stack applications with Node.js, Next.js, Vue/Angular, or similar. We also accept

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java/Spring Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and
high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Spring Frameworks,
Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development, with additional familiarity or experience in BBVA´s
ASO/APX architecture being highly desirable.
The role involves designing and developing backend solutions for enterprise-level applications, participating in Agile
development cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, following clean code and scalable
architecture principles.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures with robust API integrations.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, or similar tools.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs following industry standards and best practices.

• Apply design principles (SOLID) and architectural best practices to build maintainable solutions.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

• Solid understanding of RESTful services and API integration.

En el equipo de Ingeniería y Desarrollo de Producto de Royo, estamos buscando un/a Project Manager, con experiencia en desarrollo de producto para impulsar soluciones innovadoras.

🎯 Responsabilidades principales:

• Planificar, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento de proyectos de desarrollo de producto.
• Coordinar equipos de ingeniería, diseño, I+D y producción para asegurar la correcta ejecución técnica y funcional.
• Gestionar cronogramas, presupuestos y recursos, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.
• Comunicarte de forma efectiva con clientes, proveedores y stakeholders internos.
• Identificar riesgos y aplicar planes de mitigación para asegurar la continuidad del proyecto.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, normativas técnicas y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

🧠 Requisitos

• Titulación en Ingeniería, Diseño Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando proyectos técnicos o de desarrollo de producto.
• Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Agile, PMI, Scrum, etc.).
• Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
• Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2/C1), tanto oral como escrito.
