Role summary:
Join our team as an AIFM Risk & Valuation Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in managing risk and valuations for alternative investment funds like private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. You’ll work with advanced risk models, prepare reports for senior stakeholders, and support clients in setting up funds. This is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills, grow your expertise, and make an impact in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day risk management for alternative investment fund products (AIFs).
- Periodic review of valuations of alternative assets (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt instruments, etc.).
- Applying risk management tools and models to alternative investment funds (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt etc.).
- Compilation of risk management reports to senior management, fund boards and the regulator CSSF.
- Assisting clients in fund setup in relation to risk management and valuation aspects, data standards and monitoring topics.
- Regular review of risk management and valuation processes of AIFs.
- First experience in risk management/investment controlling for alternative investment funds or as a consultant/auditor of alternative investment funds at a major consulting/audit firm (“Big 4”).
- Strong academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or Business Informatics/ Applied Mathematics.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Risk/Financial modelling and analysis skills.
- Computer literate with sound Excel and MS-Office skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Role summary:
As a Reconciliation & Reporting Officer, you will be responsible to manage the different kind of reconciliation steps for cash and securities, the preparation of regulatory reporting’s and credit assessment of outgoing payments as follows:
Key responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of cash positions (internal versus sub custodian)
- Reconciliation of financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian)
- Reconciliation of Digital Banking transactions and positions
- Creation of regulatory reporting (e.g. QI, EMIR, MIFID, FATCA, CRS)
- Preparing files for ETD an OTC Collateral Management process.
- Daily monitoring of blocked outgoing payments due to credit limit breaches
- Daily monitoring of Credit Reporting package (e.g. Overdrafts, Limits, Valuation of Collateral)
- Weekly update of debit interests
- Internal reporting: AUC and KPI
- Any other duty, which is instructed directly by the managing directors in accordance with Article 6.2 of the employment agreement.
- University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or similar.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
- Very good computer literacy.
- Very good Excel knowledge.

Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Custody – Senior Settlement & Derivatives Officer, you will be responsible to manage the whole lifecycle of a financial instrument. In particular this includes the following responsibilities:
Job specifications:
- Booking and validation of securities (DVP/FOP)
- Booking and validation of derivatives transactions
- Processing of mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions
- Processing of dividends and interest payments
- Processing of complex complaints
- Provide / setup control reports / client reports

- Active participation in process changes and adaptations
