Desde Profile nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Senior Full-Stack Developer para incorporarse a un equipo de desarrollo web para uno de nuestros clientes del sector retail.

La posición se desarrolla principalmente en modalidad remota, con asistencia presencial a las oficinas del cliente una vez al mes. Por este motivo, es necesario residir en la Comunidad de Madrid o alrededores.

Requisitos:

• +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo.
• Soft skills: perfiles muy técnicos, proactivos y con iniciativa, acostumbrados a desenvolverse en entornos tecnológicos de alto nivel y con experiencia en proyectos de cierta complejidad.

Stack tecnologico, conocimientos y experiencia:

• Diseño de soluciones técnicas e integraciones, con un nivel de complejidad acorde con la experiencia del candidato.
• Lenguajes y tecnologías de desarrollo e integración:

-NodeJS.

-Golang. **También se valorarán candidatos que, aun sin experiencia previa en Golang, puedan demostrar una buena curva de aprendizaje gracias a sus conocimientos y experiencia en otros lenguajes como Java, C, C++, etc.**

-Vue 3.

• Soluciones de mensajería: Kafka, PubSub, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Bases de datos relacionales y documentales, con especial relevancia de las bases de datos relacionales.
• Servicios REST e integraciones mediante API.
• Arquitecturas de microservicios.
• Testing unitario: JUnit, Mockito, etc.
• Buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
• Control de versiones: GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.

Conocimientos deseables/valorables positivamente:

• Spark.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Manager to lead an engineering team responsible for building and evolving a large-scale, cloud-native data platform.

This is not a traditional Data Management position. The role

We build distributed, transactional backend platforms across crypto, fintech, and real money gaming. High volume, multi tenant, real time. Balances, payments, and player facing decisions depend on them, so correctness is not negotiable and mistakes are visible immediately. The work spans several products and follows business priorities, so what you own will change over time. You will build and own distributed, transactional backend services in Go, as an individual contributor.

Ownership has a specific meaning here. You receive an outcome and its constraints, not a decomposed backlog. You identify the decisions nobody has made and gather the context to make them. You define scope and sequencing. You make the architectural and implementation decisions. You implement the system rather than delegating it. Others will contribute to it, and you own the conditions that let them do so without degrading it. You ship it, and you remain responsible for how it behaves in production.

Agents are the normal means of production here, not an optional aid. That does not reduce the need for engineering judgement, testing, or operational ownership. It increases how much of each one engineer carries.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, infrastructure, and QA throughout, and you will need to be good at it, because nobody will be coordinating it on your behalf.

Your mission as a Graduate Product Engineer

You’ll own one or more Apps from research to production

• Design and build backend integrations in Golang
• Investigate new countries and systems: read docs, interpret requirements, ask questions, and turn ambiguity into a clear plan.
• Make product decisions with support: what to build first, what to cut, when to ship.
• Support customers using your integrations and iterate based on real feedback.

Whom We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering, or a proven track record building software outside formal education.
• Evidence of exceptional ability: top of your class, standout projects, or similar
• Builder mindset: side projects, open-source contributions, hackathons
• Fluent English (spoken and written). It’s our working language.
• You can join full-time in Madrid within the next 1-2 months

We’re in Madrid (Calle Guadalquivir 22, El Viso), 5 minutes from Nuevos Ministerios.

We enjoy the energy and collaboration of working together in person. We expect you to default to working in-person, but trust you to find the best balance between office and remote work.
