¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful Field Sales Engineer should have:
- 5-7 years sales experience in a technical product line. EE or Electronic/Electronic Technical Degree with related marketing courses or equivalent required. Thorough knowledge of the products, product applications, market price policy. Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and methods. Some knowledge of sales management techniques required.

- Tender Analysis: Lead the technical review of tenders for Volumetric and Centrifugal pumps. Our core markets include Petrochemical, Chemical, Hygienic, and Environmental sectors.
- Solution Design: Propose technical configurations for injection, metering, and conveying applications. Define component specifications and evaluate project feasibility and costings based on international standards and bespoke client needs.
- Quotation Management: Develop comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.
- Client Engagement: Lead technical clarification meetings and provide expert support to the field sales team during negotiations.
- Internal Coordination: Act as the primary technical interface between Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and our international suppliers.
- Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the order cycle in close coordination with the mother company to ensure seamless delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a regulatory and technological watch to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Descripción
- Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de ventas en España para la gama de pulsadores e interfaces HMI.
- Identificar, captar y fidelizar nuevos clientes (OEMs, fabricantes de maquinaria, integradores de sistemas y distribuidores eléctricos.)
- Realizar visitas técnicas y comerciales, asesorando sobre soluciones adaptadas a cada cliente.
- Negociar acuerdos comerciales y gestionar contratos marco tanto con clientes como partner proveedor.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing en ferias, presentaciones y campañas de producto.
- Analizar tendencias de mercado y actividad de la competencia.
- Reportar resultados y previsiones de ventas a la dirección comercial.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Formación: Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Automatización o Industrial.
- Experiencia: mínima de 5 años en ventas B2B en el sector industrial.
- Conocimiento de componentes eléctricos y de automatización industrial (HMI, sensores, relés, pulsadores, etc.).
- Nivel de inglés profesional (documentación técnica y comunicación internacional).
- Alta orientación a resultados, capacidad de negociación y autonomía.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional de forma regular e internacional (Europa) de forma ocasional.
