Responsabilidades:
- Impulsar todas las acciones necesarias en el contenido, planificación de producto y merchandising, que permitan la consecución de los objetivos de venta a través del canal online.
- Implementación de campañas en las e-shops, colaborando con los equipos de producto y marketing.
- Análisis de la venta de productos a través de la web para una adecuada planificación del surtido y stock para cubrir las necesidades de clientes.
- Trabajando con el equipo de Merchandising, buen seguimiento de la distribución de los productos ante nuevos lanzamientos y campañas.
- Optimización de las páginas y categorías de productos de e-commerce para conseguir mayor conversión, adaptando la estrategia aplicada a los distintos mercados.
- Apoyo en las campañas de Paid, CRM y SEO a nivel de selección de producto.
- Compartirás tus best practices y nuevas ideas, junto al resto del equipo.

The Role:
We have an immediate opening for a collaborative, experienced, and self-motivated Customer Chief Architect in EMEA. As part of the Ribbon Sales Engineering Team, you will collaborate closely with the CTO office, PLM, and engineering to drive technical sales activities for emerging technologies and network evolutions promoting the complete portfolio across service provider and enterprise sectors.
The successful candidate will be the technical lead for all Ribbon solutions across all the software and hardware portfolio. This role involves presenting to executive-level decision-makers on next-generation technologies and requires strong coordination with Ribbon’s senior leadership.

Position Summary
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide strategic and technological guidance to the sales team, support the development of sales engagement plans to achieve annual bookings and / or revenue budgets.
- Architects work closely with CTO office on path-finding missions and develop POCs and customer demonstrations to drive technical sales activities for opportunities in forward-looking and emerging technologies as well as new network evolutions.
- You will support the Sales Channels and other stakeholders to identify, qualify and then win new opportunities.
- Provide input to regional marketing plans and collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to share regional requirements and market insights.
- Provide consultancy on strategic solutions / strategic customers to ensure the greatest return on investment, liaising with peers accordingly to support cross-RBU collaboration.
- Architects are well known in the industry, participating in talks as well as standardization activities (IETF, GSMA, ORAN etc.).
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and network within the industry at CTO level to keep Ribbon position and communications at a high level.
- Create and retain positive ongoing relationships with the customers and partners to present and promote the company’s portfolio.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends to ensure the CA team is focused in the correct areas, and proactively transferring knowledge and cross-training the Field SE teams.
- Minimum 40% Travel required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or other relevant subject.
- Proven experience and deep understanding of the Telecommunication field working with mobile VoIP, IP networking and SDN domains.
- Experience in pre-sales selling networking equipment or network solutions.
- Proven ability to present at both technical and decision-making levels in the appropriate way, articulate benefits and value propositions accordingly to connect technical solutions with customers' business requirements.
- In-depth expertise in multiple technical domains, including IP Systems, Optical Systems, SBCs, SD-WAN, Network Edge Orchestration, policy and routing, media gateways, applications platforms, and cloud communications solutions.
- Experience designing carrier-grade communication networks from high-level network architecture.
- Knowledge of DWDM and ROADM networks.
- Work experience with one of the following vendors: Cisco, Nokia, Infinera, Ciena, ZTE, Huawei or System Integrator working with these vendors.
- Excellent team player looking to make a real impact with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels including CxO level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills on complex technical and sales issues to diverse audiences.

Ribbon is looking for a proven, highly successful Pre-Sales Engineer to support an Enterprise and Channel account base. The Senior Systems Engineer (SSE) will provide technical assistance to the Account Director and is responsible for all pre-sales technical efforts as well as post-sale support on those accounts. In addition, the SSE will provide guidance and help to other Sales Engineers assigned on an as needed basis to target specific opportunities.
The SSE will work with the Account Director to identify revenue opportunities within an identified group of named accounts and geographic territory and will help drive into new accounts using his technical knowledge of trends within the industry.
The SSE will coordinate and provide technical support to ensure that the best and most appropriate Ribbon solution is selected. They will be expected to develop an in depth for developing and present product and application presentations to potential partners and customers. They will act as lead technical resource on technical Bids, RFI's and RFP's directing the efforts of the Bids and Proposals Team at corporate, providing high-level network architecture support and working with Professional Services to validate customer architecture. They will interface with Ribbon PLM and Marketing to review and plan for customer requirements. They will coordinate and lead lab trials directing a variety of resources; interface with customers and Ribbon engineering as issues arise, monitor bug fixes and track feature development in code releases and ensure that the relationship between Ribbon and the assigned account is strong. They will provide ongoing technical presentations to various organizations within the assigned accounts to uncover future opportunities and to strengthen the business relationship.
- Responsible for the pre-sales of Ribbon products/systems.
- Provide deep level technical assistance to the regional Account Manager for accounts in Enterprise and Channel partners within the theatre.
- Oversee all Pre- and Post-sales efforts within the assigned accounts.
- Demonstrates an excellent overall understanding of the telecommunications and enterprise / channel industry, its products, services and technologies.
- Provides technical support in sales presentations, quotation development and product demonstrations

Desde Adecco Tres Cantos iniciamos la búsqueda de un/a de Ingeniero/a eléctrico, energético, mecánico/a o similar con clara orientación hacia la parte comercial y con amplios conocimientos en celdas de MV y cuadros LV ,para trabajar en el/la área técnico/a-comercial de importante empresa del sector de la ingeniería ubicada en Tres Cantos.
Trabajarás en el departamento de Infraestructura electrónico/a y te encargarás de :
-Identificar y evaluar de oportunidades para el negocio desde fase temprana.
-Colaborar y coordinar con los equipos de venta Locales e Internacionales.
-Mantener y mejorar la relación con clientes.
-Asegurar la transparencia y comunicación con los clientes.
