Key Responsibilities

As an Academia Intern, you will be assisting/supporting the team in the following activities:

• Understanding the main responsibilities, initiatives and activities inside the Technical Pre-Sales Team
• Creating, rationalizing and executing internal communication activities within the team
• Working with internal and external tools focused on the analysis of data and trends that helps defining further activity in the group
• Helping the development, consolidation and rationalization of the digital contents available and those developed by the group
  
  

• Student Status (Mandatory): You must be currently enrolled in an official study program (University Degree, Master’s, or equivalent) and maintain active student status throughout the entire 12-month duration of the internship.
• Ineligibility: Graduates or candidates completing their studies before the end of the internship period cannot be considered.
• Residency: Must be legally based in Spain for the full duration of the program.
  
  

• Organized, self-motivated, able to manage priorities & to work independently
• Good understanding of the more typical admin tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and preferably other tools available in the market for digital content creation and communication. Data Analysis Tools knowledge will be a plus.
• Fluent in English - other European languages are an advantage

Product Owner Salesforce Integrations

¿Tienes experiencia como Product Owner o Business Analyst y un sólido conocimiento de Salesforce e integraciones API? Estamos buscando incorporar un/a Product Owner de Integraciones Salesforce para participar en un proyecto tecnológico de alto impacto en el sector healthcare.

📍 Ubicación: Valencia

🏢 Modalidad: Híbrida con teletrabajo y trabajo presencial (3 días a la semana de manera presencial).

💼 Posición: Product Owner – Salesforce Integrations

🔹 ¿Qué harás?

Como Product Owner de Integraciones, serás responsable de gestionar el ciclo completo de las integraciones, desde la fase de descubrimiento hasta la entrega, definiendo además la visión y evolución del producto de integración.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

• Recoger las necesidades de los diferentes stakeholders y transformarlas en requisitos técnicos para los equipos de desarrollo.
• Definir y analizar mapeos lógicos y físicos de datos, estructuras y formatos.
• Trabajar junto a los equipos técnicos en el diseño e implementación de APIs y conectores de integración.
• Participar en las pruebas, validaciones y resolución de incidencias de las integraciones, incluyendo pruebas funcionales end-to-end.
• Supervisar el rendimiento y la seguridad de las integraciones y proponer mejoras y optimizaciones.
• Mantener y evolucionar el catálogo de conectores y APIs siguiendo un enfoque de “API as a Product”.
• Analizar el feedback de usuarios y necesidades de negocio para evolucionar la solución.
• Gestionar y comunicar el roadmap del producto, incluyendo necesidades de recursos y presupuesto.

🔹 ¿Qué buscamos?

• Formación universitaria o estudios superiores.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares como Product Owner o Business Analyst.
• Experiencia sólida en integraciones mediante APIs.
• Experiencia práctica integrando Salesforce con ERPs como SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor u otros.
• Conocimiento de patrones de integración Salesforce y transformación de datos.
• Conocimientos de JSON, imprescindibles.
• Experiencia en gestión de stakeholders.
• Conocimientos de metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile y métricas.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto escrita como oral.
• Capacidad de liderazgo, organización, análisis y autonomía.
• Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y orientado a retos tecnológicos.
• Inglés y español fluidos, ambos imprescindibles.

Our client are an IT consultancy with offices in Malaga and Madrid and operating on a global scale. They are looking to hire a Senior IT Project Manager who will join an established team to work on a range of complex projects relating to IT Infrastructure that will include Data Centres, Networking, Security, Storage, Platforms or Dev Ops.

You’ll be the person owning the entire lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment including operational handover.

As a Senior Project Manager you will manage medium to large, complex IT projects with multiple workstreams. This will cover every step of the process where you will agree the project objectives, scope, timeline, budget and key deliverables. You will work with project sponsors and key stakeholders on requirements gathering before establishing the overall project plan, milestones and timelines. As the projects progress you will mitigate risk, manage team capacity, manage customer relationships and prepare relevant project documentation such as project charter, project plans, status reports and risk logs.

The Successful Senior IT Project Manager will have:

• Previous experience in a similar IT Project Manager role operating at a senior level delivering complex infrastructure projects such as platform build, network, data, security and data centres
• A background in IT prior to Project Management where you have gained strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate technical requirements
• In-depth knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Relevant Project Management qualifications would be advantageous
• Clear communication and excellent stakeholder engagement skills
