What you will do:

Aistech Space is looking for a Junior HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in daily operations and contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Your role will be key in supporting recruitment processes, employee onboarding, HR administration, documentation management, and internal engagement initiatives. You will report directly to the HR Manager and bring ideas, creativity, and initiative to help improve and professionalize the HR area in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

The main tasks are focused on:

• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Manage and keep employee records, contracts, HR databases, and personnel documentation up to date in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Provide administrative support in payroll coordination, absence management, and benefits administration.
• Organize, archive, and update HR documentation such as employee files, internal procedures, and mandatory legal records.
• Support the preparation of HR reports, internal tracking documents, and follow-up materials.
• Search for and coordinate vendors, external services, and tender processes related to Human Resources (training, benefits, PRL, events, etc.).
• Actively contribute with proposals and initiatives to improve HR processes, tools, and the overall employee experience within the company.
• Collaborate with teams and support all workforce planning and organizational growth-related tasks as required.
• Contribute to engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal communication efforts.
• Support the organization of training sessions, professional development programs, and internal workshops.
• Collaborate in the improvement and automation of HR processes and tools.
• Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Support: You will support the coordination of PRL activities together with the external prevention service, managing mandatory documentation and related training. You will also help ensure internal procedures are followed to maintain compliance in workplace health and safety.

• Participate in team-building activities organized by the company.

Who you are:

Must:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR support role, internship, or similar administrative position.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and open-minded mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Spanish labor regulations and HR administrative procedures.
• Knowledge or interest in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) processes.
• Interest in the space sector or high-tech/startup environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or fast-growing organizational structures.

You will be working on-site in the headquarters offices of Sant Cugat in Barcelona.
