What You’ll Be Doing (and Who With)

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.
• Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
• Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
• Support the team in other markets as needed.
• Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
• Support at customer events in the market.
• Support in market development and system adaptation.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Native or bilingual in Spanish and Italian
• High level of English
• Experience working in B2B environment
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Service oriented
• You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.
• You are passionate about customer care
  
  

Useful:

• Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, German, French...
• A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.
• You like to work in a team: if anything is characteristic of the Customer Experience team, it is how much they help each other.
• You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.
• You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.
