What you will do:
- Design, develop and deploy end-to-end data solutions for diverse trading use cases
- Enhance scalability, reliability and efficiency of our Data & Analytics Platform to serve a growing user base
- Optimize shipped ML use cases and data products; help the team reduce technical debt
- Focus on data modelling and data pipelines with strong data quality, integrity and operational robustness
- Tune and monitor storage, processing and retrieval for high performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable data solutions
- Work closely with an international team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists in a data-first environment
What you bring & who you are:
Must-haves
- Master´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
- Solid data engineering experience designing and implementing cloud data solutions (preferably on Microsoft Azure)
- Strong Python and SQL skills; familiarity with CI/CD for automated, reliable deployments
- Understanding of pipeline orchestration patterns (event-driven, streaming and batch processing)
- Good knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying, monitoring and managing ML models in production
- Collaborative, reliable team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience in trading, energy, or financial markets contexts
- Spanish language skills alongside English

What you will do:
- Design and develop API-based web applications and services, integrating data and maintain back-end systems for optimal functionality and user experience.
- Participate in technical design, clarifying assumptions and resolving conflicting requirements early
- Own and deliver larger features/components end-to-end with high quality, reliability, security, and performance
- Improve team tools and agile practices; contribute to CI/CD, testing, and observability
- Advocate for testing and code quality (e.g., automation, code reviews); raise engineering standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root-cause fixes, and implement preventive improvements
- Apply best practices in clean coding, responsive design, and containerized setups using Docker.

What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with solid backend engineering exposure.
- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI; familiarity with async patterns and typing.
- Strong understanding of APIs and data contracts; experience with REST or GraphQL
- Familiar with cloud-native applications on Azure and DevOps practices, including Docker containers, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring/observability.
- Comfortable with team tools and agile methods; contributes independently and in design discussions
- Communicates effectively across teams; fosters open collaboration and constructive feedback
- Mentors peers, shares best practices, and supports a positive technical culture
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus.

What you will do:
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines with Databricks and Azure Data Factory across on-prem and cloud sources
- Lead and optimize ETL for our data lakehouse to ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance
- Partner with BI engineers to model data for reporting and enable seamless delivery into Power BI
- Improve scalability, performance, and reliability of large-scale data workflows
- Troubleshoot complex pipeline and platform issues with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Champion best practices for data quality, security, and governance with the central data platform team
- Mentor junior engineers and drive knowledge-sharing within the team
What you bring & who you are:
- Solid experience in data engineering with Databricks (Python, PySpark, SQL) and Azure Data Factory
- Proven track record designing and tuning pipelines for high-performance, large-scale environments
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms, data lake and data warehouse concepts
- Experience with GitHub or similar version control and CI/CD tooling
- Comfortable supporting BI topics; experience with Power BI is a plus
