We are looking for a Senior Producer / Project Manager to join our team and lead the execution of high-impact creative projects across immersive media, real-time content, and large-scale visual experiences.

At BLIT, we work on ambitious and unconventional formats, from projection mapping on iconic buildings to VR experiences, interactive installations, and large-scale LED content for events and brands. This role is key to making those ideas happen, translating creative ambition into structured, executable projects.

You will be responsible for guiding projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment between creative, technical, and production teams while maintaining control over timelines, budgets, and overall project health.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring clarity, structure, and direction at every stage.

Define and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Control budgets and ensure financial viability throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including creatives, designers, and technical profiles.

Protect and enable the creative vision while ensuring feasibility and execution.

Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve problems.

Ensure consistent communication, internally and externally, across all phases.

Core Skills:

Proven experience as a Senior Producer or Project Manager in creative, audiovisual, or digital production environments.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and align creative teams.

Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

Solid understanding of production workflows, from concept to delivery.

Ability to balance creative ambition with budget and timeline constraints.

High level of responsibility, ownership, and decision-making.

Fluent in Spanish and English, Catalan is a strong plus.

Passion for innovative formats, new technologies, and pushing creative boundaries.
