We are looking for an invoice specialist to join our Customer Services team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid.

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers.

How your agenda looks like:

· As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for order processing with the following functions:

• Receive orders via email or EDI, manual order entry, reviewing EDI orders, with special attention to commercial conditions.
• Monitoring and controlling the order shipping process to the warehouse and until delivery.
• Resolving issues and proposing improvements.

Your team:

Integrated within the Finance team in the Customer Services you will be reporting to the Customer Services Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

· Education: FP or Bachelor's degree in business administration/economics.

· Work Experience: experience in customer services, specially in order entry.

· Knowledge of EDI, SAP and AS400.

· Technical Skills: high level of Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point).

· Adaptability to changes is a must.

· Local language: proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English level is required.

Buscamos una persona que se incorpore en nuestro equipo de Customer Services para realizar una beca a jornada completa, en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

La persona se encargará del tratamiento de pedidos con las siguientes funciones:

Recepción de pedidos via mail o via EDI, grabación de pedidos manuales, revisión de pedidos EDI, con especial atención a las condiciones comerciales.

Seguimiento y control del proceso de envío de pedidos a almacén y hasta su entrega. Resolución de incidencias y propuesta de mejoras

La duración de la beca será de seis meses con opción a renovar seis meses más.

Se valorará:

Experiencia en grabación de pedidos.

Manejo de Excel.

Conocimiento de funcionamiento de descuentos comerciales.

Conocimientos de EDI, SAP y AS400.

Competencias clave:

Gestión eficiente de pedidos y condiciones de ventas.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo

Facilidad de adaptación a cambios

Proactividad en la resolución de incidencias

Es imprescindible poder hacer un convenio de prácticas con tu universidad.
