We are looking for an intern to join our finance team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid.

How you make the difference

You will join the Controlling team, providing support in different activities related to financial control and data analysis. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates who wish to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment in the financial sector.

How your agenda looks like:

- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of monthly financial reports.

- Support in the analysis of budget variances and identification of potential areas for improvement.

- Assist in the collection and consolidation of financial data for internal presentations.

- Participate in the preparation of financial projections and scenario modeling.

- Provide support in internal and external audits, organizing and documenting required information.

- Contribute to special departmental projects as needed.

Your team:

You will report directly to the F&A manager.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related..
• Technical Skills: high level of Microsoft office (Excel is a must).
• Creativity, proactivity, negotiation and communication skills are a must.
• Local language: proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Buscamos una persona que se incorpore en nuestro equipo de Customer Services para realizar una beca a jornada completa, en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

La persona se encargará del tratamiento de pedidos con las siguientes funciones:

Recepción de pedidos via mail o via EDI, grabación de pedidos manuales, revisión de pedidos EDI, con especial atención a las condiciones comerciales.

Seguimiento y control del proceso de envío de pedidos a almacén y hasta su entrega. Resolución de incidencias y propuesta de mejoras

La duración de la beca será de seis meses con opción a renovar seis meses más.

Se valorará:

Experiencia en grabación de pedidos.

Manejo de Excel.

Conocimiento de funcionamiento de descuentos comerciales.

Conocimientos de EDI, SAP y AS400.

Competencias clave:

Gestión eficiente de pedidos y condiciones de ventas.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo

Facilidad de adaptación a cambios

Proactividad en la resolución de incidencias

Es imprescindible poder hacer un convenio de prácticas con tu universidad.

JUNIOR SUPPLY PLANNER

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Bolton Food based in Grove, Spain.

How You Make The Difference

The person will be responsible for supporting the Supply team in managing production planning for the two plants in Grove and Cabo de Cruz, providing key input to ensure that product quantities align with the expected stock levels.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Creation of monthly and weekly production plans for finished products in relation to forecast and stock level, taking into consideration charges and volumes optimization;
• Capacity and Inventory Planning for production lines and finished products;
• KPIs analysis in order to check and be compliant with S&OP Bolton’s process, implementing, whenever it’s possible, new reporting dashboards/tools in order to support the team;
• Carrying out specific analyses to validate plans feasibility in a medium and long term period;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, production,logistics and procurement, to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Supporting crisis mitigation and issue resolution regarding supply chain shortfalls;
• Identifying and proposing enhancement actions to his/her manager, according to a continuous improvement approach, evaluating their feasibility.

How You Look Like

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics;
• Previous experience in Supply Planning and Material Replenishment within FMCG companies is preferable;
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as Suite OFFICE MS Excel, Office; SAP knowledge will be considered a plus;
• Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to plan his/her own work according to priorities and urgencies;
• Able to collect and critically interpret data and numbers to ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellence in execution;
• A proactive and fast learner keen to evolve, challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction;
• A fully accountable and people-oriented team player able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• A dynamic and flexible professional capable to adapt swiftly and manage a fast moving and demanding environment;
