Position Overview
Join the DB Spain Risk team in Madrid as a Risk Reporting Analyst within the Enterprise Risk Management team.
Are you ready to make an impact at the intersection of Risk Methodology, Finance and Risk Management? We are seeking a talented and dynamic credit risk analyst to join our team and contribute to the evolving landscape of financial risk management.
As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Head of Portfolio Management, where your expertise will drive the analysis and reporting of DB Spain portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing all DB Spain portfolios in terms of all inherent risks (financial and non-financial risks) but also responsible of all reporting which support wide range of stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible mindset, ability to work with huge datasets of information (knowledge of SAS is a +), and a passion for working in diverse, global environments.

Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible of a wide variety of reports focused on risks metrics, portfolios evolution, data quality controls and local interactions. Great attention to detail is needed considering information sensibility.
- Candidate will also be involved in reporting preparation for different committees and should be able to manage close deadlines.
- Perform ad-hoc/regular analysis and presentations re. Financial Risk Management and Non-Financial Risk Management mainly addressed to Risk Spain Senior Management.
- Candidate will perform local Risk Weighted Assets analysis for PB Spain retail portfolios.
- Candidate will be required to develop tasks proactively and maintain professional relationships with local and global Risk colleagues, the business areas and other infrastructure teams.
- We are seeking experienced professionals with strong knowledge in risk management, deep portfolio analysis and reporting skills with great attention to detail.
- Background in Business Administration (ADE), Engineering, Science Degree or related fields, with solid knowledge of risk management. Strong background in credit risk management, audit or consulting area specialized in credit risk management is desirable.
- knowledge of SAS is a +, Python knowledge is recommended. Strong quantitative and qualitative credit data analysis skills required.
- Flexible, proactive, results-driven professional with a strong focus on innovation. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively, and keep an eye for identifying and evaluating processes, controls and risks.
- A highly communicative professional with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Spanish and English. Capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Details of the role and how it fits into the team
Join Deutsche Bank Global Internal Audit Team as a VP in the Validations team in Madrid. You will handle validations of complex Significant Findings across the team, for completion on time, on quality, and on budget. You will have oversight and provide guidance to other involved auditors including monitoring and acceptance of their documentation in order to present finalized and quality-assured results for sign-off.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will lead by example and guide auditors in the processing of work packages. You act as a coach to further develop the experience and competence level of the whole team.
- You will assess complex finding validations by conducting walkthroughs, identify risks and controls, define test plan, and conclude on the test plan.
- Support the Audit Manager in coordinating (scheduling, staffing, monitoring timely execution) validations as part of the annual audit plan, in close cooperation with audit teams.
- You will communicate openly with stakeholders in the various locations, and partner with the audit teams responsible for auditing business processes and controls.
- You will proactively build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, other parts of the business and respective support areas. This also includes experience-based support in the further development of methodological approaches.
- Relevant work experience, with professional/industry recognized qualifications; related qualifications would be beneficial.
- Significant and relevant in-depth knowledge of risks, controls and associated regulatory developments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues/data simply and clearly.
- Extensive audit experience within internal audit and / or the wider financial services industry.
- Ability to lead and coordinate several audit projects in parallel, including oversight over scope completion and quality of work.

Buscamos un perfil senior en Banca Privada con sólida experiencia en el sector. Será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes asignada, proporcionando servicios y asesoramiento financiero según el modelo del banco.
La persona seleccionada deberá trabajar en profunda colaboración con el resto de los segmentos del banco con los que cooperará para la prospección del mercado y la captación de nuevos clientes.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar la cartera de clientes designada a la que deberá dar servicio y proporcionar el asesoramiento financiero adecuado según el modelo del banco centrado en el cliente y sus necesidades.
- Hacer crecer dicha cartera a través del desarrollo de los clientes asignados, así como la captación de nuevos en estrecha colaboración con el resto de los segmentos del banco con los que trabajará en su día a día identificando oportunidades en el mercado.
- Consecución de los objetivos fijados por el banco acorde a su perfil y cartera.
