Job Description:

Enfinity Global is seeking an "Emerging Talent" to join our team. This position aims to provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, focusing on operational excellence and asset performance optimization of renewable projects. The resource identified will support the operations team by assisting in the monitoring and analysis of renewable energy assets, contributing to the maintenance of high-performance standards, and collaborating closely with experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring renewable energy assets' performance and prepare reports on operational metrics
• Support data collection, management, and analysis related to energy production and efficiency
• Contribute to ongoing projects aiming for operational cost reductions and efficiency improvements
• Assist in the development of operational best practices and documentation
• Participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback on process improvements
• Learn the basics of grid connection for renewable energy plants
• Understand key components like HV stations, transmission lines (overhead and underground), and grid reinforcement
  
  

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program in engineering, environmental science, renewable energy, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analysis tools
• Basic understanding of renewable energy technologies and operational practices is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn
