• Participate in the creation and evolution of Ferrovial's Digital Transformation strategy and its monitoring, positioning and communication.
• Deliver visually appealing and impact-focused presentations to senior management and external events, with a focus on conveying the need to transform the organization and show progress.
• Develop, implement and track impact, objectives and results measurement frameworks.
• Identification of milestones to be communicated internally and externally and support and coordination with the area's communication plan.
• Support in the development, implementation and scaling of a governance model for the process reengineering program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Process Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
• C1 level of English.
• High level of office package.

Descripción del puesto

Desde ConfiARTE, consultora de recursos humanos especializada en perfiles técnicos y de dirección de obra, buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción con experiencia en Obra Ferroviaria para incorporación a importante empresa del sector de la construcción e infraestructuras, con proyectos activos en la zona de Madrid.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de las obras ferroviarias, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos, los estándares de calidad y las normas de seguridad establecidas.

Funciones principales

• Planificación, seguimiento y control técnico y económico de los trabajos de obra ferroviaria.
• Coordinación de equipos de producción, subcontratas y recursos materiales.
• Supervisión de la correcta ejecución de los trabajos de vías, estructuras, drenaje, movimientos de tierra y servicios afectados.
• Control de la documentación técnica, certificaciones y partes de obra.
• Colaboración con la Dirección de Obra y el Departamento de Ingeniería en la resolución de incidencias técnicas.
• Cumplimiento de la normativa en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales.
  
  

• Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Técnica de Obras Públicas o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en producción de obras ferroviarias (vías, plataforma, estaciones, etc.).
• Conocimientos en gestión de equipos, control de costes y planificación de obra.
• Dominio de herramientas de gestión y planificación (Project, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
• Valorable disponer de formación en PRL específica para obra ferroviaria.
• Carné de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos en la Comunidad de Madrid y zonas cercanas.
