Buscamos incorporar a un/a Junior Financial Controller que pueda ayudarnos a realizar el control y seguimiento de la información económico financiera en una empresa innovadora del sector tecnológico.

Tus funciones:

*Planificación financiera y reporting

• Apoyar activamente en la elaboración de presupuestos anuales y previsiones financieras, contribuyendo a la planificación económica de la compañía.

• Realizar el seguimiento y control presupuestario mensual, analizando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas en coordinación con las áreas implicadas.

• Preparar y analizar informes financieros mensuales, incluyendo la cuenta de resultados (P&L) y los principales indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs).

• Analizar márgenes y eficiencia de costes para impulsar una gestión óptima de los recursos.

*Control de producto e inversiones

• Participar en el cálculo de costes de producto y en el análisis de rentabilidad para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

• Colaborar en la evaluación de propuestas de inversión y en el seguimiento del retorno de la inversión (ROI).

• Dar soporte a los procesos de facturación intercompany, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas financieras.

*Procesos, proyectos y sistemas

• Participar en auditorías internas y externas, garantizando la correcta aplicación de los procedimientos financieros.

• Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua y digitalización de procesos financieros (por ejemplo, SAP S/4HANA).

• Contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento de herramientas de reporting y cuadros de mando que faciliten el análisis y la toma de decisiones.

Perfil técnico

• Grado universitario en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o similar.

• Experiencia profesional mínima de 2 años en controlling, FP&A o áreas financieras.

• Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1); el proceso de selección se desarrollará en inglés.

• Dominio avanzado de Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas, referencias cruzadas y macros.

• Experiencia con SAP u otros sistemas ERP similares; se valorará especialmente la participación en procesos de cierre financiero.

Se valorará

• Formación especializada en controlling, finanzas o análisis financiero.

• Conocimiento de módulos SAP y/o formación adicional en sistemas ERP.

• Experiencia previa en entornos multinacionales y estructuras corporativas.

• Interés por entornos industriales, tecnológicos o procesos de fabricación.

At G+D, we are looking for a Global Category Buyer – Films to manage global and regional procurement activities for the assigned category. You will be responsible for supplier management, commercial negotiations, contract compliance, and performance monitoring, working closely with international and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global/regional procurement strategies aligned with category objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, including evaluations, negotiations, and business reviews.
• Lead RFQs, tenders, and e-auctions using e-procurement tools (e.g. Ivalua).
• Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders in SAP.
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain supplier documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and ESG alignment; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with Quality on non-conformities and Cost of Quality (CoQ).
• Act as the procurement point of contact for regional stakeholders and global sites.

Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar.
• Several years of experience in strategic or global procurement (ideally in films, packaging, or raw materials).
• Strong knowledge of SAP and e-procurement tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
