Mission

Support the financial planning and analysis activities of Global Commercial Operations (GCO), which includes all affiliates and Global Partner Markets, ensuring proper monitoring and financial support for decision-making. We seek a curious, proactive individual with strong analytical skills who is eager to learn about finance and the pharmaceutical sector, and who will actively engage with both local and global teams to drive continuous improvement.

Functions And Responsibilities

Financial Management: Collaborate in the financial management of the GCO area (MCs and Global Partner Markets) by continuously reviewing and monitoring profit and loss accounts (e.g., sales tracking, product profitability, promotional sensitivity, OPEX, and evaluation and management of new projects).

Support to Business Controllers: Assist GCO team members (Manager and Business Controllers) in providing financial support to the areas under their responsibility (Finance Business Partnership), as well as in managing cross-functional projects (interactions with Local & Global teams).

Financial Planning: Assist in preparing and following up on short‑term planning (monthly follow-up) and medium‑term planning exercises (Budget, 5‑year Forecast).

Information Consolidation: Participate in the consolidation of financial information across operational areas.

Ad‑Hoc Reports: Prepare ad‑hoc financial information for the department and support the continuous improvement of internal and external reporting.

Others: Support the monitoring and improvement of internal control processes, ensuring consistency and validation of the financial information of the subsidiaries under your responsibility.

Profile

• Naturally curious and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the finance and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment, engaging with colleagues from various backgrounds.
• Proactive, self‑driven, resourceful and eager to take initiative.

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Additional training is a plus (MBA or postgraduate, master’s degree)
  
  

• High level of Power BI and Excel.
• Advanced user of SAP is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
  
  

• Familiarity with economic‑financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or an audit background is considered a plus.

¿Eres Inspector Nivel 2 y buscas estabilidad en un entorno industrial de primer nivel?

En TÜV AUSTRIA, referente internacional en control de calidad y seguridad industrial, seguimos creciendo. Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo técnico en Zierbena (Bilbao) y buscamos Operadores de Ensayos No Destructivos (NDT) con ganas de marcar la diferencia.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Liderar los trabajos de inspección de soldadura en proyectos clave, garantizando que cada estructura cumpla con los más altos estándares de calidad y seguridad reglamentaria.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

Certificación en vigor (ISO ****): Nivel 2 en MT, VT y UT (soldadura).

Formación técnica: FP Grado Medio (Mecánica, Electricidad, Mecatrónica o similar).

Actitud: Capacidad de resolución, iniciativa y compromiso con la seguridad.

Movilidad: Carnet de conducir.

Valoramos Especialmente

Experiencia en Torres Eólicas o Estructuras Offshore (UT).

Formación/Experiencia en técnicas avanzadas: TOFD-PAUT.

Prácticas en el sector industrial.
