En Good Rebels estamos buscando un/a profesional en Business Intelligence con foco en analítica digital. Trabajarás para marcas de reconocido prestigio con las que colaboramos en un equipo diverso, internacional y multidisciplinar.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos a un profesional con al menos tres años de experiencia en proyectos de Business Intelligence y Analítica Digital para llevar tareas como:

• Elaboración de dashboards e informes técnicos que aporten contexto, profundidad y sentido estratégico para la toma de decisiones.
• Definición de KPIs y visualizaciones claras que faciliten la interpretación de los datos clave.
• Extracción de insights que ayuden a identificar oportunidades, expuestos con narrativas comprensibles.
• Elaboración y desarrollo de planes de medición y guías de etiquetado (web/app).
• Configuración avanzada de GA4
  
  

• Dominio de Power BI y Looker
• Dominio de Google Analytics 4
• Dominio de SQL
• Bases de datos: BigQuery, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Python
• Nivel alto de inglés (participarás en proyectos internacionales).

Social Media Content Creator (Intern)

Internship salary: 600 € / month (six months).

Location: Madrid or Barcelona (hybrid model)

Schedule: full-time

This internship is part of a real career development plan at Good Rebels. Upon completing the internship period, there is a real possibility of joining the agency with an employment contract.

Do you love turning ideas into engaging content — whether it's a clever tweet, an Instagram carousel or a quick, snappy video? Are you curious about how brands connect with audiences through creativity, strategy, and culture?

At Good Rebels, we’re looking for a Content Creator Intern to join our Social Media & Engagement team — someone eager to learn, experiment and create across platforms.

What will you be doing?

You’ll support our content and strategy teams in creating native, platform-first content for some of our key clients — and learn how real social media work is done at an agency that’s anything but ordinary.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping create content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) — from idea to execution.
• Supporting the planning and execution of social media calendars and campaigns.
• Producing short-form video content using mobile devices and editing tools.
• Writing social copy adapted to each brand’s tone and platform.
• Assisting in reporting, benchmarking and basic performance analysis.
• Collaborating on presentations and content proposals for both internal and client-facing use (mainly in Google Slides).
  
  

• Someone who loves social media, culture and creativity — and isn’t afraid to pick up the iPhone and shoot.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and visual.
• Comfortable using video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot or similar).
• Very high level of English (C1–C2); you may work in international teams.
• Studies in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or similar fields. A Master’s in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Well-organized, collaborative and proactive, whether working remotely or at the office.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with or created content for a brand, even if it’s your personal project.
