The Opportunity

At GoStudent, we are redefining how the world learns by blending high-quality online tutoring with immersive educational experiences. We aren’t just looking for an intern; we are looking for a Founder-in-the-making.

As our Educational Entrepreneur in Residence, you will spearhead a high-impact "New Ventures" project: creating a world-class, practical finance curriculum designed specifically for the next generation of leaders (kids 10+). Your goal is to turn complex financial concepts into a gamified, weekend-intensive program where students learn to think like CEOs and savvy investors. Courses should last 2–3 hours, be practical (no lectures — students actively use different tools), and take place on Saturday or Sunday.

Compensation: €600 Monthly Stipend + 10% Revenue Share of courses sold across centers

The Mission: Build the "Future of Finance" Weekend Course

You will be responsible for designing and launching a modular weekend series (10, 20, and 30-course tracks) that covers the pulse of modern money.

Modules You Could Build (we’re relying on you to make this world class):

• Leading a Company Virtually: A leadership simulation where students act as CEOs, managing remote teams, making strategic pivots, and understanding the "human" side of business.
• Trading Virtually: A real-time market simulator where students learn the basics of stocks, diversification, and the psychology of risk.
• Crypto 101 & Blockchain: Demystifying the digital gold rush, explaining decentralized finance (DeFi), and the ethics of the new web.
• The Shark Tank Blueprint: Students learn how to pitch an idea, understand equity, and negotiate "deals" with classmates.
• Impact Investing & Sustainability: Teaching kids that money is a tool for change, focusing on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing.
• The Creator Economy Lab: How to monetize a brand, understand sponsorship contracts, and manage the cash flow of a digital influencer business.
• Real Estate Tycoon: Understanding property, mortgages, and the power of passive income through a simplified virtual property market.
  
  

• Curriculum Architecture: Design the "Weekend Finance Intensive" roadmap, ensuring the 10, 20, and 30-course tiers offer clear mastery progression.
• Entrepreneurial Execution: Act as the product owner. Test modules with real students, gather feedback, and iterate at lightning speed.
• Commercial Growth: You aren't just building the product; you are driving its success. You will earn a 10% revenue share on every course sold across our centers.
• Gamification: Ensure the course feels like a high-stakes game rather than a lecture, keeping students engaged and excited. Identify the right tools for each module.

• The Communicator: You can explain "Compound Interest" or "Smart Contracts" to an 11-year-old in a way that makes them want to tell all their friends about it.

El Puesto en resumen

¿Te motiva un rol presencial, dinámico y muy orientado a la acción, en el que puedas tener un impacto directo en la captación de estudiantes y en el día a día de un centro educativo?

En GoStudent estamos lanzando nuestros primeros centros de aprendizaje en Madrid y buscamos un/a Manager de Centro para nuestro próximo centro. Esta posición es clave para dar a conocer el centro a nivel local, atraer a nuevas familias y asegurar que la actividad diaria funcione de forma organizada y fluida.

Se trata de un rol muy práctico y cercano al cliente, ideal para personas con iniciativa, energía y gusto por el trato directo con familias y estudiantes.

Ubicación: Madrid (presencial)

Contrato: Regular, media jornada (20h/semana, de 16:00 a 20:00)

Compensación: empezando en 10.000 brutos anuales el medio tiempo (20hrs) + Bonus por adquisición de clientes + oportunidad de crecimiento del rol a full time

Tu papel en nuestra misión

• Coordinar iniciativas locales para dar visibilidad al centro y atraer a nuevos estudiantes y familias (acciones en el barrio, eventos, colaboraciones, activaciones locales, seguimiento de leads, etc.)
• Atender a familias y estudiantes interesados, resolviendo dudas y acompañándolos en el proceso de inscripción
• Asegurar el buen funcionamiento diario del centro, gestionando la organización de aulas, horarios y actividad presencial
• Coordinar la planificación y el seguimiento de horarios de tutores y asesores educativos, actuando como punto de contacto operativo
• Realizar el seguimiento de los resultados del centro y proponer acciones prácticas de mejora en base a la experiencia diaria
• Mantener el centro abierto, ordenado y preparado para la actividad diaria (apertura y cierre, material, espacios comunes)
  
  

• Perfil proactivo, con iniciativa y ganas de estar en contacto constante con clientes y comunidad local
• Buenas capacidades de organización y coordinación para gestionar varias tareas a la vez
• Comodidad trabajando con objetivos y orientado/a a resultados (experiencia en ventas valorable)
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interacción con familias y estudiantes
• Interés por el ámbito educativo y por ofrecer una experiencia positiva en el centro
• Nivel fluido de español; inglés conversacional
