Imagine getting paid to live the best version of Spain... and to tell the world about it.

ABOUT HISPANIA EDUCATION

Hispania Education is a leading educational group specializing in Spanish language learning and academic pathways into the Spanish university system. Based in Valencia, we are recognized for high-quality teaching, student-centered support, and strong connections with higher education institutions in Spain, and we support our international students all the way, including student accommodation services. You'll join a dynamic, multicultural environment where education and cultural exchange are central to daily work, with real growth opportunities within an expanding educational group.

THE ROLE

This is not a desk job. Every day, students from all over the world walk through our doors living one of the most exciting years of their lives: learning Spanish, discovering Valencia, making friends from every continent, going to the beach after class, celebrating Fallas, cooking paella, traveling around Spain. Your job is to live all of that with them, and turn it into content.

You will be at the center of everything that happens at Hispania: joining the activities, the excursions and the everyday moments, camera in hand, capturing the energy, the joy and the story of what it means to study and live in Spain, and sharing it with the world on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

What you'll do:

• Be part of the daily life of the school: activities, events, excursions and student initiatives, participating, filming and creating alongside the students.
• Create content hands-on: shoot and edit reels and TikToks, write captions, and adapt every piece to the codes of each platform.
• Propose and launch your own initiatives: challenges, series, formats, collaborations with students. If you have the idea and the energy, this is the place to make it happen.
• Own the content calendar across all channels, aligned with campaigns, enrollment seasons and the marketing team: social media first, supporting the website and newsletters too.
• Highlight student success stories, courses, events and campus life, in collaboration with the academic and marketing teams.
• Manage the community: answer comments and DMs, engage with followers around the world, and route genuine inquiries to the admissions team.
• Grow the accounts: followers, reach and engagement are your metrics. You track them, report them and act on them.
• Produce creatives for our paid media campaigns: video ads, hooks and variations briefed by our paid media specialist. The same creator skills, applied to content designed to convert.
• Coordinate with the rest of the Growth team: design, paid media, web, etc. keeping brand consistency so organic content, ads and our new visual identity all speak the same language.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Your own social media is your CV. We highly value candidates with a real track record building their own channels: a well-crafted Instagram, an active TikTok, and ideally a following you have grown yourself. We will look at your profiles as they tell us more than any resume.
• Proactivity and initiative above all. We want someone who doesn't wait to be told what to post: you see the story, you grab the camera, you make it happen.
• Based in Valencia (this is a must). The content happens where the students are: in the school, at the events, on the excursions, etc. and you can't capture that remotely.
• Hands-on video skills: you shoot, edit and publish short-form video yourself (CapCut, Premiere or similar), and you are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube: what works on each, and what doesn't.
• Understanding of what makes an ad work on social: hooks, retention, UGC-style formats, etc. Experience creating ad creatives for Meta or TikTok campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent English for content creation (captions, scripts and on-camera). Most of our audience is international and doesn't speak Spanish yet. Fluent Spanish for day-to-day life at the school; native level not required. Other languages are a plus.
• Data literacy: you read platform analytics, know your numbers, and adjust based on what actually performs.
• Organization and consistency: social media rewards cadence, and you can manage multiple content projects and deadlines without dropping quality.
• Genuine love for the international, social side of life: our content sells an experience: moving to Spain, learning the language, living Valencia, etc. and you need to feel it to tell it.
• Studies related to Communications, Marketing or a related field are welcome, but we value practical experience the most. Your channels are your credentials.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The most fun job in the school: you spend your days surrounded by international students, in the middle of the action, in one of the most vibrant and content-friendly cities in Spain.
• A brand-new visual identity and website just launched: you arrive at the perfect moment to define Hispania's voice on social media, not to inherit someone else's.
• Real creative ownership: you propose, you create, you publish. No agency in the middle, no committee approving every reel.
• Room to grow with us as our digital ecosystem expands, including new formats on the horizon (podcasts, etc.).
• On-site role in Valencia, in the center of the school.

SELECTION PROCESS

1. Initial interview (fit, motivation, and review of your own social profiles).
2. Practical test: a short content brief — audit our current channels and pitch us three pieces of content you would publish in your first month.
3. Final interview with Management.

TO APPLY: include the links to your Instagram and TikTok accounts in your application, plus one piece of content (yours or a brand's you managed) that you are proud of. Applications without profile links will not be considered.

At Hispania we select exclusively on talent and results. Show us your talent so that you can join the team!
