Responsabilities
- Create inspiring, innovative, and engaging content for social media, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Design original visual assets such as graphics, videos, etc.
- Curate and share relevant third-party content.
- Write copy aligned with the brand’s voice.
- Research hashtags and develop optimized lists.
- Write and film audiovisual content.
- Support editing tasks using various tools.
- Develop creative ideas and propose new, innovative ways to deliver digital content.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Create videos, graphics, and edit photos while collaborating with the design team.
- Prioritize and organize work effectively, anticipating potential issues.
- Participate in regular follow-up meetings within the department and with other teams.
- Work entirely in English for the main account.
- Adapt reels and photos.
- Strong creative skills and keen attention to detail.
- Experience creating social media campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a strong preference for TikTok.
- Experience in photography and image creation/editing using tools like Photoshop.
- Experience in video production, including filming and editing (preferably with Adobe Premiere and After Effects).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, collaborators, and suppliers.
- Capability to perform both behind and in front of the camera.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and structure work schedules.
- Fluent English.

The Post-Production Manager is responsible for managing a specialized team to ensure that post-production activities meet high standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency. Their role includes overseeing projects to deliver them on time and within budget, aligned with client expectations and the brand message. They also lead innovation, process automation, and collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Responsabilities
- Key operational responsibility of the broadcast team, including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities: Quality, Utilisation, Productivity, Sourcing.
- The Post-Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing, nurturing, and improving a high-quality post-production operation.
- Collaborate with accounts, project manager and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations.
- Train, and manage all PostProduction production staff.
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation of all projects.
- Oversee studio activity.
- Ensuring producers and schedulers are working together to assign appropriate talent.
- Ensuring all production activities are on-time and on-budget.
- Act as the escalation point for post-production issues and implement positive conflict resolution techniques.
- Ensure efficient utilization and cross utilisation of resources and anticipate and plan solutions to potential challenges with staffing and resource availability across projects.
- Create/maintain strategic relationships with external post-production partners and facilities for overflow
- Collaborate with account and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations and remain on-brand message
- Ongoing review of post-production process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and increasing effectiveness including a key focus on innovation and automation
- Identify, support, and drive automation opportunities to minimize manual workflows
- Solve production and technical issues with the production and technical support team
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure our post-production operations are operating to optimum profit
- Contribute to Hogarth Worldwide Spain office agency culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, passion, and leading by example
