Buscamos un/a Trainee en Dirección de Arte para incorporarse al equipo audiovisual. Este rol está orientado a perfiles creativos que deseen aprender y participar en la conceptualización visual de proyectos audiovisuales, desde la idea inicial hasta la ejecución en rodaje y postproducción.
Trabajarás junto a directores/as de arte y producción en la creación de moodboards, diseño de escenografía, selección de paletas de color, y coordinación estética para campañas publicitarias, contenidos digitales y proyectos corporativos.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar en la creación de conceptos visuales y referencias para proyectos audiovisuales.
- Elaborar moodboards, bocetos y presentaciones para clientes y equipo interno.
- Colaborar en la selección de props, vestuario y escenografía para rodajes.
- Asistir en la supervisión estética durante la producción y postproducción.
- Investigar tendencias en diseño, arte y estética audiovisual.
- Mantener la organización de materiales y documentación creativa.
Requisitos:
- Formación en Diseño Gráfico, Bellas Artes, Comunicación Audiovisual o similar.
- Conocimientos básicos en herramientas como Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Sensibilidad estética y capacidad para trabajar con referencias visuales.
- Interés por dirección de arte, diseño de producción y storytelling visual.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.
- Experiencia previa (académica o personal) en proyectos audiovisuales o dirección de arte.
- Conocimientos en software de edición (Premiere, After Effects).
- Habilidades en ilustración o diseño 3D.

- Participate in web layout and design projects with programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Support the Technology and Light Digital Department
- Learn to develop web communication campaigns in Frontend
- Handling of web design programs such as Photoshop
Requirements
- High knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Experience with JavaScript and Frameworks
- Knowledge of Adobe tools package
- Previous experience in layout and/or advertising will be a plus
- Knowledge of other programming languages will be an asset

Responsabilities
- Key operational responsibility of the broadcast team, including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities: Quality, Utilisation, Productivity, Sourcing.
- The Post-Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing, nurturing, and improving a high-quality post-production operation.
- Collaborate with accounts, project manager and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations.
- Train, and manage all PostProduction production staff.
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation of all projects.
- Oversee studio activity.
- Ensuring producers and schedulers are working together to assign appropriate talent.
- Ensuring all production activities are on-time and on-budget.
- Act as the escalation point for post-production issues and implement positive conflict resolution techniques.
- Ensure efficient utilization and cross utilisation of resources and anticipate and plan solutions to potential challenges with staffing and resource availability across projects.
- Create/maintain strategic relationships with external post-production partners and facilities for overflow
- Collaborate with account and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations and remain on-brand message
- Ongoing review of post-production process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and increasing effectiveness including a key focus on innovation and automation
- Identify, support, and drive automation opportunities to minimize manual workflows
- Solve production and technical issues with the production and technical support team
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure our post-production operations are operating to optimum profit
- Contribute to Hogarth Worldwide Spain office agency culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, passion, and leading by example

- Investigation of user trends and functionality patterns
- Prepare and apply interviews with users
- Creation of navigation trees
- Creation of low, medium and high-fidelity wireframes in digital products
- Interface prototyping in InVision, Framer, Origami (or similar)
- Graphic adaptation of responsive assets (mobile / tablet / desktop)
Requirements
- Native or Bilingual level of English. We are opened for international students.
- Studies in Graphic Design and Web Development.
- Experience with digital product design tools: Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Experience with prototyping tools: InVision, Principle or FramerX
- Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, HTML5, CSS3 will be valued
