About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and proactive intern to join our team as a Communication and Dissemination Assistant. This is not a "stand-by" position; it's an opportunity to become an active team member, exploring and developing skills at the heart of our communication strategy. You will learn to translate complex research into engaging stories, manage our social media presence, and understand the importance of intellectual property in a business environment.

In this internship program, you will be able to tackle and learn how to:

• Strategy and Planning: Collaborate on the design and execution of communication and dissemination strategies for our projects.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce a variety of materials (blog articles, newsletters, press releases, social media posts) for different audiences.
• Social Media Management: Assist in the daily management of our platforms, including content scheduling and community interaction.
• Project Storytelling: Work with our engineers and scientists to identify key research outcomes and turn them into compelling stories.
• IPR Support: Support the internal documentation of intellectual property assets, such as patents and trademarks, for their dissemination.
• Analytics and Metrics: Collect basic data on content and social media performance to aid in decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

Education: A student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.

Excellent bilingual writing skills (Spanish and English) and the ability to create engaging narratives.

Proactive, responsible, and capable of working well both in a team and autonomously.

Basic knowledge of design tools, content management, and social media platforms.
