The Mandate: Architect of the Digital Broadcast
As a Live Presenter, you function as an elite entertainer and brand ambassador. Operating within a sophisticated, high-tech studio environment, you will lead Dutch-language broadcasts and engage with a global audience in real-time.
- Digital Production Hosting: Execute world-class interactive gaming sessions with a professional, captivating, and high-energy delivery.
- Strategic Audience Engagement: Interface directly with viewers via a live digital portal, fostering a positive atmosphere and optimizing viewer retention.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold impeccable standards of personal presentation and master professional on-camera communication techniques.
- Operational Integrity: Adhere to rigorous broadcast protocols to ensure absolute procedural transparency and accuracy.
- Studio Synergy: Collaborate with production crews and floor managers to ensure a seamless, high-fidelity viewer experience.
Our remuneration framework is strategically designed to reward specialized linguistic mastery and on-air excellence. Estimated Monthly Earnings: €1,850 – €2,100 Gross.
- Guaranteed Base: A fixed monthly salary of €1,500.
- Linguistic Premium: An additional €4.00 per hour for all live broadcast sessions.
- Quality Incentives: Earn up to €3.00 extra per hour based on performance KPIs and professionalism.
- Shift Differentials: Hours worked during the night window (22:55 – 08:00) attract a +20% salary increase.
- Scalability: Opportunities to expand your schedule to 40 hours per week for enhanced earning potential.
