We are currently looking for recent or soon-to-be graduates to join us in autumn/winter 2025/early 2026. Based in the InterSystems Iberia HQ in Madrid, our Technical Specialist Graduates will carry out a variety of key responsibilities. With personalised mentorship, our graduates will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team to fulfil different needs of the company throughout their 12 month contract. You will develop a deep understanding of InterSystems and its products, as well as gaining valuable and transferable workplace skills, both technical and non-technical. You will be welcomed into the company with a comprehensive onboarding process that will allow you to receive all the necessary training for the specific requirements of the position.

Responsibilities:

• Completing training activities to develop a deep understanding of InterSystems’ products and processes
• Supporting technical teams with their projects, with the aim of gradually taking on greater responsibility within these projects
• Carrying out research into information to be included in product demonstrations
• Working closely with the Sales Engineers and the Technical Specialist Core
  
  

Requirements/qualifications/skills we are looking for:

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate)
• We accept candidates with degrees related to Computer Science, Physics, Maths, and other STEM disciplines
• Fluent in Spanish and a high level of English
• Experience of using one or more of the following coding languages: Java, C, C++, JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, Python, or similar
• Technical curiosity
• Creative approach when taking on complex technical challenges
• Collaborative mindset, embraces working in a team
• Flexibility in an evolving and changing work environment – adaptable to change
• Initiative to develop technical foundations to prepare for future career
• Competency with making presentations and public speaking (or an interest in improving these skills)
• Available to start in autumn/winter 2025/early 2026, and able to commit to a 12 month contract

Ingeniero Junior

Con sede en nuestra oficina de Madrid, nuestros titulados técnicos ocuparán diversos puestos clave en InterSystems. Con mentoría personalizada, nuestros graduados tendrán la oportunidad de trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo para satisfacer distintas necesidades de la compañía durante 12 meses. Desarrollarás un profundo conocimiento de InterSystems y de nuestros productos, además de adquirir competencias valiosas y transferibles para el entorno laboral, tanto técnicas como no técnicas. Contamos con un completo proceso de incorporación (“onboarding”) que permite a nuestros graduados recibir toda la formación necesaria según sus requisitos específicos.

Funciones

• Completar las actividades formativas pertinentes para familiarizarse con los productos y procesos de InterSystems.
• Apoyar a los equipos técnicos en proyectos, con el objetivo de asumir progresivamente mayores responsabilidades en ellos.
• Investigar contenidos de información para las demostraciones
• Colaborar estrechamente con los Sales Engineers y los Technical Specialist Core.
  
  

Requisitos / cualificaciones / competencias

• Título universitario reciente o a punto de obtenerse (Grado, Máster o Doctorado).
• Se valoran titulaciones en Informática, Física, Matemáticas u otras disciplinas STEM afines.
• Fluidez en español, nivel B2 de inglés.
• Experiencia programando en uno o más de los siguientes lenguajes: Java, C, C++, JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, Python o similares.
• Curiosidad técnica.
• Creatividad para afrontar retos técnicos complejos.
• Mentalidad colaborativa orientada al trabajo en equipo.
• Flexibilidad para desenvolverse en un entorno laboral en constante cambio.
• Iniciativa para desarrollar una base técnica para una carrera de impacto.
• Facilidad para hacer presentaciones y hablar en público (o interés en mejorar dichas habilidades).
• Disponibilidad para incorporarse en verano u otoño de 2025 y comprometerse a un periodo de 12 meses.
