Executive Assistant
Location: Barcelona

At King, we create games that millions of people love. We are now looking for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to support VP-level leaders and their leadership teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, takes pride in exceptional support, and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders. You will play a key role in helping executives focus on what matters most by keeping operations running smoothly and proactively anticipating needs
What You Will Do
- Partner closely with senior leaders to manage priorities, track actions, and provide clear followups
- Own complex calendar management, ensuring time is used effectively and strategically
- Arrange domestic and international travel with care and attention to detail
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Support leadership team meetings by preparing agendas, capturing actions, and following up
- Manage expenses and purchasing, including purchase orders and expense reports
- Support onboarding of new leaders by coordinating access, introductions, and early schedules
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and offsites in collaboration with event partners
- Contribute to EA team projects and shared improvements
- Support onboarding of new Executive Assistants as a buddy
- Take part in team engagement and recognition activities
- Share knowledge and best practices to improve how the team works together
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-moving organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- High level of independence, ownership, and sound judgement
- A proactive mindset with curiosity and a desire to improve ways of working
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- A collaborative team player who builds trust and strong relationships
- Confidence handling operational tools such as calendars , travel systems, expenses, and purchasing (Microsoft365, Google Suite, Concur, Oracle, Miro, etc)

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for an individual interested in seasonal work through the busy exam period from the beginning of May to the end of June to assist the school as part of our team of exam invigilators.
This is an opportunity for anyone who is seeking flexible part-time working hours; candidates will be able to specify the days and times they are available for work. The purpose of this role is to implement examination procedures and ensure the proper conduct of examination candidates. You must have good spoken and written English as you will need to be able to understand and adhere to UK examination board regulations and be able to effectively communicate instructions to candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To implement examination procedures and ensure the proper conduct of examination candidates.
- You will be part of a team responsible for setting up exam rooms for both paper and on-screen examinations.
- Collecting, distributing and returning papers, and the set up and over seeing of on screen sittings, ensuring all rules and regulations are followed.
- You must have good spoken and written English.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent inter-personal skills, an outstanding attendance and punctuality record with the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.
