Estamos inmersos en un ambicioso proyecto de expansión internacional y buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria a un/a Business Development Agent orientado/a a la captación B2B. Descripción del empleo

Tus funciones principales:

• Prospectarás y captarás activamente de forma B2B a nuevas universidades, centros de FP, agencias educativas y organizaciones de movilidad a nivel internacional.
• Desarrollarás y comercializarás programas estratégicos como Erasmus+, VET Work Placements, ErasmusPro, internships, Teacher Training y Job Shadowing (incoming y outgoing).
• Gestionarás el ciclo completo de la venta, desde el primer contacto (cold calling, LinkedIn, email) hasta la negociación, cierre y fidelización de la cuenta.
• Captarás y mantendrás excelentes relaciones con sending partners, receiving partners y empresas de acogida (Host Companies).

Requisitos

• Experiencia Comercial B2B: Experiencia profesional demostrable en desarrollo de negocio, prospección y captación B2B (ciclo de venta completo).
• Idiomas: Nivel Avanzado/Bilingüe de Inglés para la interlocución y negociación diaria con partners internacionales. Otros idiomas altamente valorados.
• Competencias Técnicas: Soltura y experiencia práctica en el uso de herramientas CRM (valorable Zoho CRM) para la gestión del pipeline.
• Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad total para viajar a nivel internacional y asistir a ferias, eventos y reuniones presenciales con partners.
• Sector (Valorable): Se valorará muy positivamente aportar experiencia o conocimientos del sector educativo y de programas de movilidad (Erasmus+).

Description

You will be part of a team supporting all Linux/Unix users. As part of the Industrial workplace Linux team, you will manage all Linux needs (computers/servers/applications) while being fully integrated with the overall corporate landscape (Active Directory, PKI, Network, Encryption, Security Tools...).

Your challenges:

• Manage the proper lifecycle of Linux computers, servers, applications from their request to their decommission.
• Contribute to the detailed Setup of Linux computers, servers, applications.
• Install & support the Linux computers, servers, applications.
• Responsible for ensuring the good delivery through defined processes of the devices.
• Propose continuous improvement on performance based on data and events analysis.
• Support Product Managers to monitor their performance.
• Create and update documentations for the team members.
• Solve incidents and requests (hardware, network, drivers, kernel, application...).
  
  

Your profile:

• Worked in a large enterprise environment.
• Worked with partners & subcontractors.
• Good Knowledge of Linux system administration (Debian, Redhat, CentOS), Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby, ...).
• Experience or knowledge in MDM such as Foreman and associated tools (Katello, puppet, Ansible, ...), Automated deployments, updates and environment administration.
• Knowledge in networking, Active directory, LDAP, NIS, PKI, virtualization, version control software, encryption tools.
• Autonomy in a good team spirit is recommended as a success factor.
• Good Knowledge of incident and change management based on ITIL principles.
• Ability to identify root cause issues and solve them.
• You are active-listener with the team and with your customers.
• Open-mindedness, self-awareness, transparency, and welcome feedback will be highly appreciated skills.
• Ability to work collectively, respecting Airbus values and seeking empowerment are keys.
• Mindset to deliver quality whilst seeking for simplicity will be as well appreciated.
