What you will do:
The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will be a critical member of our Global Revenue Enablement team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Enablement. They will be responsible for enhancing the performance and productivity of our global sales teams focused on Lighthouse’s Direct Channel Growth platform (formerly The Hotels Network.) This role involves the development, implementation and evaluation of an effective onboarding program as well as ongoing training programs and building enablement resources and processes for Lighthouse’s sales professionals globally who are responsible for selling this platform. A successful candidate will collaborate within the Revenue organization as well as with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our sales team is well-equipped to achieve their targets and drive the company's growth.
Where you will have impact:
- Create and deliver live training sessions, workshops, and resources through the strategic development and management of sales enablement content that aligns with the business’s needs.
- Design and develop scalable eLearning modules and on-demand training programs that accelerate new hire ramp time and continuously upskill our global sales team.
- Own the curriculum for new hire onboarding, creating, delivering and evaluating the new hire training programs, including successful train-the-trainer initiatives and eLearning design and development, focusing on consistency in knowledge and skills.
- Identify skill gaps and create sales enablement resources to enhance the sales skills of team members, such as; prospecting, sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and measurable learning objectives that align with business needs.
- Engrain the sales methodology (rooted in MEDDPICC) across the Direct Channel Growth Platform sellers, including assessing gaps, creating and implementing training and resources, and fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence within this team.
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics and enablement program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Create enablement resources that are critical to the success of the Direct Channel Growth sales team members, including, but not limited to, ROI calculators, process job aids, 1-pager reference guides, AI battlecards, objection handling guides, value proposition cheat sheets, short-form videos, etc.

The mission of our sales enablement team is to create and deliver high quality and high value training designed to accelerate sales performance and productivity in a significant and measurable way. You’ll be part of a global team, with close colleagues in Singapore and Denver.
Who you are:
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Learning & Development
- Proven experience in sales or sales enablement, sales training and coaching roles.
- Knowledgeable about sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices, MEDDPICC preferred.
- Knowledgeable about the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel marketing.
- Ability to translate complex topics into consumable, effective training and support materials.
- Experience applying adult learning theories and instructional design models (like ADDIE or Bloom's Taxonomy) to create effective learning experiences preferred.
- Competency with multimedia development tools for basic video and audio editing.
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize information about products, market positioning, and competitive landscapes to build relevant and credible training content.
- A strong creative and visual sense for designing professional, on-brand courses that are both aesthetically pleasing and instructionally sound.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

What You Will Do
As a Manager, Sales Operations, you will be leading our global team of dedicated tactical specialists and analysts responsible for the data, systems and insights that empower our sales organization and you will be reporting to our Senior Manager, Sales Operations. You will be a key player in our commercial success, providing support and strategic guidance to our sales teams. This role requires a leader who can manage day-to-day execution, delegate effectively, and help the team prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be important in shaping sales strategies and capitalizing on revenue opportunities across the global business.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 (and growing) sales operations professionals in a supportive environment.
- Evaluate our current structures, and implement the changes necessary to create a unified, scalable tactical sales operations team
- Execute the sales operations strategy by identifying process enhancements and translating data analysis into actionable business recommendations to the Revenue Team.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards for sales leadership, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to manage and enforce global sales processes, ensuring adherence and a smooth roll-out of new procedures.
- Act as a key point of contact for the sales team, providing support on the Salesforce lead-to-quote-to-cash process and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively prioritizing tasks and communicating progress on key initiatives to senior leadership.
- You will help define the 'Lighthouse way' of working by integrating AI into your role—whether it’s using AI to prioritize your sales pipeline, automate routine financial reconciliations, or extract faster insights from our commercial data to drive business growth.
You'll be joining our Sales Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations within the wider Business Operations department. We are a collaborative and essential crew that acts as the operational backbone for our global sales organization. You'll work closely with other teams and senior leadership, providing the insights and support that keep our commercial teams running.
Who you are
Essential
- Proven experience in a sales operations or revenue operations role.
- Experience working within a complex sales organization with multiple roles (e.g., SDRs, AEs, AMs).
- Experience in a high-growth Tech or SaaS company, particularly one that has undergone M&A activity.
- Demonstrated team management experience, with a passion for leading and developing high-performing individuals.
- Mandatory, in-depth experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and analysis into actionable business insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
