We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile (Junior) IoT Solutions & Business Development Associate to join our team for end-to-end IoT solutions, which specializes in delivering innovative solutions for environmental monitoring and smart cities / buildings.

Business Development & Sales
- Client Engagement & Sales: Conducting client meetings and presentations to effectively promote our IoT products and end-to-end solutions.
- Market & Client Research: Executing targeted research to identify potential clients, new market opportunities, and emerging trends within the smart cities, environmental monitoring, and IoT sectors.
- Sales Campaign Assistance: Preparing and launching inbound and outbound sales campaigns, ensuring content is tailored to client segments.
- Relationship Management: Supporting the follow-up process with prospective clients and ensuring they receive relevant product or solution information in a timely manner.
- IoT System Setup: Supporting the technical setup and configuration of new projects, with a focus on LoRaWAN and mioty deployments.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Preparing insightful data visualization and analysis of sensor data for both internal reporting and client dashboards.
- System Diagnostics and Support: Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting for deployed IoT systems (e.g., sensor connectivity, gateway issues, data flow). Assisting clients with system maintenance and software updates.
- Drive to action & motivation for impact: We are looking for someone with the self-starting energy and intrinsic motivation to not just identify problems, but to find solutions. Someone who is motivated by building something new, moving things forward and implementing solutions that make a difference. You should not just await commands, but instead be proactive and thrive in dynamic, ambiguous settings (like PoCs and pilot projects) where you transform entropy into tangible results and enduring value.
- Educational background: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics with a strong technical focus, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication skills: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly also to non-technical audiences.
- Technical knowledge: Foundational understanding of IoT concepts, wireless technologies (ideally including LoRaWAN/mioty) and data processing.
- Language proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish is essential for interacting with our international client base and preparing multi-lingual documentation.

Loris ENR España es la filial de Loris ENR, referente en Francia en el ámbito de la eficiencia energética. Su misión consiste en acompañar a compañías de los sectores industrial, terciario, residencial y de transporte para optimizar y financiar sus proyectos de renovación energética a través el mecanismo de los Certificados de Ahorro Energético (CAE).
Como parte del equipo comercial de LORIS ENR, se encargará del desarrollo de la actividad en los sectores terciario e industrial del mercado español.
En el marco de su puesto, la persona seleccionada asumirá diversas responsabilidades clave orientadas al desarrollo comercial que son :
- Identificación activa de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollo de una cartera de clientes B2B (industrias, sector terciario, etc.).
- Gestión completa del proceso de venta, en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos, garantizando el éxito de cada proyecto.
- Detección de cambios normativos y movimientos de la competencia que se transformen en nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
- Planificación estratégica y realización autónoma de visitas para fortalecer la relación con los clientes.
- Redacción de informes comerciales que permitan impulsar la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento de resultados.
Tiene experiencia demostrable en un puesto comercial en el sector de la energía o los CAES
Requisitos previos :
-Español nativo o bilingüe
-Puesto con sede en Boulogne-Billancourt, sede de LorisEnR
-Movilidad a la oficina en España (Madrid) a largo plazo
