¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Asesorar de manera personalizada a nuestros clientes para crear rutinas de cuidado facial únicas.
- Gestionar el stock y asegurar que nuestros productos estén siempre bien presentados.
- Cuidar cada detalle en tienda para ofrecer una experiencia sensorial inigualable.
- Controlar caja y procesos administrativos.
- Pasión por el mundo de la belleza, la cosmética y el cuidado personal.
- Habilidad para conectar con los clientes y entender sus necesidades.
- Experiencia en atención al cliente (¡y si conoces la cosmética coreana, mejor aún!).
- Nivel fluido de castellano e inglés (conocimiento de un idioma asiático es un plus).
- Trabajo en equipo, actitud proactiva y ganas de crecer en un entorno multicultural.
- Persona dinámica y con don de gentes.
- Flexibilidad horaria.
- Apasionado/a por el mundo de la belleza, cosmética y cuidado personal.
- Experiencia previa en puesto similar.
- Imprescindible nivel fluido de castellano, e inglés.

The Skin Lounge 012 is an integral part of the MiiN Cosmetics family, sharing the same passion for Korean beauty and commitment to excellence. Together, we develop our own brands, Ondo Beauty 36.5 and Meisani, combining Korean innovation with European expertise to create unique products that transform beauty routines into exceptional moments.
With a strong presence in Europe, we are now reaching for new horizons, expanding into Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and Africa. This strategic growth is driven by the close collaboration between our headquarters in Barcelona and our team and partners in Seoul, the heart of cosmetic innovation. To support this growth, we are looking for an Assistant Operations who will ensure seamless daily operations while supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-departmental workflows across markets.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Operations
- Manage daily processes in SAGE ERP, including order management, stock control, and logistics information.
- Prepare and manage customs documentation for import/export activities.
- Update and maintain commercial documents, packing lists, and related operational files.
- Coordinate operational tasks between internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure a smooth supply chain.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) between the purchasing, customer service, and marketing teams.
- Support the marketing department by ensuring correct brand implementation and visibility of stock.
- Review incoming stock for B2C marketing promotions following the MiiN Cosmetics campaign calendar.
- Monitor incoming stock for new product launches and support launch campaigns across all channels and markets.
- Reserve, manage, dispatch, and track stock required for marketing activities, events, and activations.
- Draft and manage collaboration contracts with influencers and content creators.
Regulatory
- Manage product registration processes for various countries.
- Prepare regulatory documentation including GMP, CLV, and other required certificates.
Legal Support
- Prepare and manage NDA agreements.
- Follow up on contract execution and maintain updated legal documentation.
Sales Support
- Conduct sales analysis and prepare performance reports by country and category.
- Define annual sales forecasts per market, with quarterly reviews aligned with the purchasing department.
- Onboard new clients by providing product information, marketing materials, and support with orders.
MIN REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in operations, customer service, or marketing coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

At MiiN Cosmetics, we bring the best of Korean beauty to Europe. We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our team and help grow our affiliate channel in the German and French markets.
In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, learning how to manage campaigns, communicate with partners, track performance, and support recruitment of new affiliates. You’ll work closely with a dynamic, multicultural team, gaining insights into international digital marketing in a fast-growing brand.

- Our Affiliate Intern, will be based in Barcelona.

What you’ll do:
Affiliate Recruitment Support
-Assist in researching and reaching out to potential affiliate partners, especially cashback sites, coupon codes, blogs, and editorial publishers.
-Support the team in compiling lists of prospective affiliates and tracking outreach activities.
Exposure Support
-Help monitor affiliate visibility and support the team in ensuring MiiN is promoted correctly among partner audiences.
-Assist in coordinating special conditions or discounts under guidance from the Affiliate Manager.
Partner Support & Engagement
-Support daily communication with affiliates, helping to share campaigns, promotions, and assets.

What are we looking for?
-Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (have completed your studies within the last 2 years).
-Fluent in Spanish and English; German or French is a plus (additional languages are a strong plus).
-Available full-time for an internship.
