Job Description
The Parts Sales Consultant is responsible for partnering with automotive workshops in our network to help them reach new levels of success. Using our in house next gen AI platforms, and wealth of automotive data, you will level up the workshops performance, capacity, and sales.
Our ideal Parts Sales Consultant is an excellent communicator with experience in the aftermarket parts business and strong customer relationship and retailer collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Advice on improvements in the spare parts area
- Supporting sales targets in the spare parts area
- Implementation of business standards
- Promoting quality and efficiency
- Initiation of marketing campaigns
- Sales promotion and performance analysis
- Planning activities in alignment with overall market strategy
- Sales visits and building customer relationships
- Presentation of proposals and sales deals
- Feedback to retailers and other partners
- Support for important customers
- Use of the CRM platform for lead management, customer management, and sales forecasting
- Monitoring and reporting of sales results
- Presentation of sales information
- Gather relevant and accurate market data
- 40 hours / week
- Location: Field service
- Experience in the automotive industry - whether in the trade as a service assistant (m/f/d), as an employee in the parts service (m/f/d), as a service consultant (m/f/d) or service technician for motor vehicles. (m/f/d). We also welcome mechatronics engineers (m/f/d), body builders (m/f/d) or workshop managers (m/f/d) with a passion for sales!

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Recibir y atender al cliente, gestionando su entrada al taller de manera cercana y profesional.
- Escuchar, comprender y anticiparte a las necesidades del cliente, garantizando una experiencia ágil, transparente y satisfactoria.
- Elaborar presupuestos, abrir órdenes de trabajo y realizar el seguimiento de cada caso.
- Utilizar herramientas digitales (CRM y software interno) para una gestión eficaz y orientada al detalle.
- Informar, asesorar y ofrecer productos o servicios complementarios con orientación comercial.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de satisfacción, fidelización y rentabilidad establecidos por la Marca y la instalación.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Asesor/a de Servicio Posventa. (valorable)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y gestión emocional.
- Capacidad de organización, orden y planificación en entornos de alta exigencia operativa.
- Enfoque comercial y orientación al cliente.

Business Success Team Leader
The Business Success Team Leader is responsible for the overall success of our automotive repair network, managing and guiding Business Development Specialists and Business Success Specialists within the team.
This position requires strong leadership skills to drive business development and improve the performance of automotive workshops in our network. The Team Leader will ensure seamless coordination between acquiring new partners and enhancing existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
- Hire, lead, mentor, and support team members.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Accountable for achieving market level goals
- Develop and implement strategies for network expansion and performance improvement, aligned with overall company strategy.
- Analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with distribution hubs for strategic alignment.
