Position Overview

For this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, the Hostess is the first point of contact and sets the tone for the entire guest experience. You will be the embodiment of our brand's spirit—welcoming guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism from the moment they arrive.

As a Welcome Ambassador, your mission is to ensure a seamless and unforgettable journey for each guest, from arrival to seating. You will manage reservations, orchestrate the guest flow, and collaborate closely with service, security, and kitchen teams to guarantee a smooth and elevated experience. With a deep understanding of the venue and its offerings, you respond to inquiries with precision and confidence while showcasing the lifestyle and energy of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group.

You thrive in high-energy environments, remain calm under pressure, and maintain impeccable presentation and poise. You’re not only a skilled coordinator but also a storyteller and brand advocate, ready to share insights about our menus, events, and international locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, gracious, and personalized welcome aligned with the brand standards
• Oversee the entire guest journey from entrance to seating in all areas (restaurant, bar, lounge, cabanas)
• Manage daily reservations, waiting lists, and guest preferences using the appropriate systems
• Strategically assign tables based on guest profiles, service flow, and operational needs
• Communicate constantly with the floor, bar, kitchen, and security to maintain guest flow and timing
• Handle VIPs, birthdays, and special events with discretion and personalized attention
• Remain fully informed of all menus, specials, and promotions to make confident recommendations
• Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and visual presentation at all times
• Execute all opening, service, and closing procedures at the host stand
• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay aligned with service updates and standards
• Be punctual, well-groomed, and professionally dressed according to brand guidelines
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and instructions from leadership
• Actively contribute to team communication and a strong service culture

• Prior experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally in luxury or high-volume venues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for hospitality and guest service
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong sense of discretion, courtesy, and charisma
• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and guest seating coordination
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish, German, or other languages are a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position Title: Receiving & Procurement Coordinator

Position Overview

For this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, the Receiving & Procurement Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of supplies, accuracy of deliveries, and inventory control that support every aspect of our operation - from the kitchen and bar to housekeeping and OS&E.

As a key link between the Purchase Manager, delivery personnel, internal departments, and storage facilities, you contribute directly to cost control, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest service. You bring strong attention to detail, a service-driven mindset, and a high level of organizational discipline to ensure that stock levels are accurate, disruptions are minimized, and the venue is consistently well-equipped and operating at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders and quality standards.
• Maintain receiving logs, delivery reports, and invoice records in coordination with Finance and Purchasing.
• Organize and monitor storage areas (dry, cold, frozen) for proper labelling, rotation, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Bar, and Events teams to anticipate supply needs and usage.
• Assist the Purchase Manager in placing orders with approved vendors based on requisitions and consumption trends.
• Track order progress and follow up on delays or shortages, communicating updates to relevant departments.
• Ensure all received products meet brand standards, including quality, packaging, and expiry checks.
• Participate in monthly stock counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor consumption and flag anomalies to the Operations and Finance teams.
• Ensure clean, safe, and compliant storage environments at all times.
• Distribute goods to departments with proper documentation and quantity control.
• Support sourcing of new products or vendors, ensuring alignment with brand and purchasing policies.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and competitive terms.
• Assist Finance with invoice accuracy, coding, and timely payment processing.
• Document and report damaged, missing, or expired goods promptly.
• Track and report waste, breakage, and supplier compliance with sustainability efforts.
• Follow all SOPs related to procurement, receiving, and inventory management.
• Ensure teams have the supplies they need to operate smoothly and efficiently.
  
  

• Prior experience in procurement, inventory, or receiving in a hospitality or F&B environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Familiarity with inventory systems and order tracking tools
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and other languages are a plus
• Ability to lift and move inventory and work in cold storage environments

For this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, the Runner is a vital part of the service flow, ensuring a seamless connection between the kitchen, the service team, and our guests. With speed, precision, and a service-minded attitude, you’ll deliver food and beverages to the correct destinations while helping maintain the rhythm and efficiency of the guest experience.

You’re a key behind-the-scenes player—organized, proactive, and focused on the finer details. You collaborate closely with the waitstaff, kitchen, and hostess teams to ensure dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, and with care.

Though your interaction with guests may be limited, your presence and professionalism directly impact their satisfaction. You’ll also serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the energy and lifestyle of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group and supporting your team in creating memorable, elevated moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the appropriate tables, beds, or cabanas quickly and accurately
• Handle dishes, trays, and service ware with care, elegance, and precision in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses to ensure seamless service flow
• Double-check plating, garnishes, sides, and temperatures to confirm order accuracy before delivery
• Assist with resetting tables, refilling water, clearing dishes, and other guest service tasks as needed
• Maintain a constant presence in service areas, proactively supporting floor team members
• Keep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Follow all opening, service, and closing procedures for your assigned section
• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols
• Communicate any service delays or issues to supervisors immediately
• Maintain high standards of grooming, uniform, and professional behavior at all times
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and stay informed of daily specials, events, and service updates
• Help foster team spirit by contributing to a supportive and positive work environment

• Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
