The role of the Procurement Trainee is to support the Strategic Sourcing Department, assist in supplier relationship management, project implementations and negotiation processes with manufacturers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Ø Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved procurement contracts
Ø Lead commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements with suppliers
Ø Perform financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information
Ø Facilitate communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
Ø Assist in the processes for new supplier and product approvals

This is more than a traditional HR role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our hotel leadership teams, providing both operational and consultative HR support. You'll work closely with General Managers, Heads of Department, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders to build capability, drive performance, and support the growth and engagement of our teams across Spain.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a key advisor and HR lead for Radisson Hotel Group in Spain.
- Drive the people agenda in line with business objectives, supporting General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
- Partner with People Managers to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Coach and equip managers to deliver value-driven leadership aligned with our culture and values.
- Ensure all areas of the employee life cycle are managed in line with company policy and local legislation.
- Lead HR processes including performance management, succession planning, team engagement, learning & development and reward.
- Oversee and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with Spanish labour law, ensuring minimal risk and cost to the business.
- Represent the business in discussions with employee representatives and/or trade unions as required.
- Supervise and develop HR team members such as HR Coordinators or Payroll support, where applicable.
- Collaborate with hotel and regional leadership to support organisational change and business growth.
- Ensure hotels are audit-ready and compliant with all internal policies and local laws.
- Actively contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally as a Business Partner or HR Manager, supporting multi-site teams.
- Deep understanding of Spanish employment law and employee relations frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to support and influence senior leaders and operational teams.
- Strong commercial mindset – able to balance business needs with people priorities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Confident in using HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- Self-driven, collaborative and adaptable – you’re just as comfortable in a hotel lobby as you are in a boardroom.

Job Description
We’re looking for an intern to recruit, welcome and engage with her/his fellow interns so to make their journey at Radisson’s corporate support office exiting and amazing!
You will be part of a fun team, with colleagues based both in Brussels and Madrid. As a team, we take care of the people side of the business, working closely with the business on initiatives going from talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent engagement and retention. All this in a more and more digitalized way, supported by our HRIS system Applicant Tracking System.
Duration: minimum 6 months – 12 months.

We want your internship in our department to be as excited as you want it to be, so let’s discover together in the first weeks what you would like to achieve in your internship. Some ideas we already have in mind on what you can support us:
- Continue building a strong partnership with international Hospitality and Business schools and universities.
- Exploring new partnership opportunities with schools/universities.
- Manage the sourcing and screening of interns for the different internship positions.
- Collaborate with head of departments to define internship needs.
- Organize competency-based interviews with the intern candidates.
- Organize the onboarding for interns, going from handling contract administration, supporting with relocation questions, organizing welcome at first day and providing newcomers information.
- Connect with the interns on a regular basis to support with their performance in the role and explore possible development opportunities.
- Create one team of interns by organize activities for interns to engage and learn from each other.
- Being enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
- Being fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a plus)
- Nothing else than being your truly self and supermotivated to start an existing journey for at least six months.
