Your role purpose

The Sustainability department at Recover™ leads the integration of ESG strategy throughout the company’s operations and value chain. It coordinates environmental and social performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, and supports business units in meeting sustainability objectives.

Your responsabilities

• Conduct benchmarking of sustainability initiatives by brands and competitors
• Research and map circularity and sustainability initiatives in key geographies (Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, US)
• Monitor regulatory developments and public policies relevant to textile sustainability in the EU
• Assist in preparing internal presentations or briefings based on findings Support the Head of Sustainability in project coordination and reporting

Work Experience Requirements

• Some previous experience in the fashion/textile sector or sustainability field is desirable but not mandatory

Competencies required

• Research and analytical skills – High
• Written/Oral communication in English – High
• Familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks – Medium
• Proactivity and ability to manage small projects – Medium
• Understanding of global textile industry trends – Medium

Other requirements

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Textile Management or similar field
• Internship must be under a valid university agreement
• Must be enrolled at the time of the internship
• English fluency required; Spanish is a plus

Buscamos un Full Stack Developer con visión de producto para unirse a nuestro equipo técnico. Trabajarás directamente con Product Management y los fundadores, asumiendo la propiedad técnica de nuestras plataformas clave. Buscamos a alguien capaz de integrar APIs, servicios y ayudar a escalar productos digitales.

Tus Responsabilidades

Desarrollo End-to-End: Evolución y mantenimiento de nuestro SaaS de Inventario y la plataforma de Recommerce.

Integraciones: Conectar nuestra plataforma con ecosistemas de terceros.

Implementación de IA: Experiencia integrando soluciones de AI tales como Gemini, OpenAi Trabajar con asistentes/agentes de código como GitHub Copilot, Clauded code, gemini Cli

Calidad y despliegue: Mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD y gestión de infraestructura en AWS/Netlify/Hetzner.

Nuestro stack tecnológico Buscamos versatilidad. Trabajamos con un stack moderno y desacoplado:

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.

Backend: Python (FastAPI) y Laravel (PHP).

Infraestructura: AWS (S3), Hetzner network, GitHub actions, Docker, PostgreSQL, Netlify.

Qué buscamos en ti

Experiencia: +3 años como Full Stack Developer, idealmente en entornos de startup.

Versatilidad: Sólida base en Frontend (React, NEXT.JS) y capacidad para desenvolverte en Backend con Python(FastApi) y PHP(Laravel).

Product mindset: Entiendes el impacto de tu código en el negocio. Prefieres soluciones robustas a parches temporales.

Idioma: Castellano fluido (imprescindible). Inglés técnico.

Valorable: Experiencia previa con APIs de E-commerce (Shopify), integraciones de operadores logísticos o pasarelas de pago.
