Your role purpose

The Sustainability department at Recover™ leads the integration of ESG strategy throughout the company’s operations and value chain. It coordinates environmental and social performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, and supports business units in meeting sustainability objectives.

Your responsabilities

• Conduct benchmarking of sustainability initiatives by brands and competitors
• Research and map circularity and sustainability initiatives in key geographies (Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, US)
• Monitor regulatory developments and public policies relevant to textile sustainability in the EU
• Assist in preparing internal presentations or briefings based on findings Support the Head of Sustainability in project coordination and reporting

Work Experience Requirements

• Some previous experience in the fashion/textile sector or sustainability field is desirable but not mandatory

Competencies required

• Research and analytical skills – High
• Written/Oral communication in English – High
• Familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks – Medium
• Proactivity and ability to manage small projects – Medium
• Understanding of global textile industry trends – Medium

Other requirements

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Textile Management or similar field
• Internship must be under a valid university agreement
• Must be enrolled at the time of the internship
• English fluency required; Spanish is a plus
