About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Brand & Comms Lead into the Marketing team, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing our brand strategy and communications initiatives. Responsibilities
As the Brand & Comms Lead, you'll spearhead various aspects of our brand and communications efforts. Some of the tasks you can expect to dive into include:
- Participate in the rebranding project where we will define our new positioning, brand strategy, visual and verbal identity.
- Lead the brand transition, ensuring brand consistency across all our online and offline channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with our company's objectives and resonating with our target audience
- Develop and improve marketing channels and materials such as social media, events, PR, website, commercial presentations to create brand awareness, strengthen positioning in our key markets and take our brand to the next level!
- Lead the creation of compelling messaging and content across multiple channels, maintaining our tone of voice.
- Develop and implement strategies for launching new products/features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns and projects effectively and efficiently.
- Measure and analyze the performance of brand and communications initiatives, and track brand perception evolution, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in brand management, communications, or related fields, with a track record of successfully leading impactful campaigns and initiatives.
- Proven experience in creating, positioning, and developing impactful brands or love brands across diverse markets, with a particular focus on tech, fintech, and B2B sectors, is highly desirable.
- Wide experience in marketing across online and offline channels, including events, social media, PR, and communications, with a track record of successfully creating, improving, and leading impactful campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience managing Social media platforms, Google analytics, CRM/ Mkt automation tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into creative and compelling brand solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as analytics tools to measure and track campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications or specialized training in branding or advertising is a plus.
- You live in Barcelona City and/or close enough to work at the office twice/three times a week. Living in Spain is a mandatory requirement, and a non-negotiable requirement.

What you’ll do…
- Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls for the Director General.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized records and files, including correspondence, reports, and other documents.
