As the Director of MES Solutions, this role acts as the primary point of contact for Manufacturing Execution, co‑leading the alignment of the technology roadmap with business strategy, transformation priorities, and value creation across Sandoz Technical Operations. It builds strong, agile partnerships to ensure high‑quality service delivery, while effectively capturing and prioritising global and local business demand. As the Functional Product Family Lead, the Director defines product standards and drives the optimal use and value of all technology products within the Manufacturing Execution scope.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Build strong strategic business partnerships to deliver high‑quality Technology services aligned with operational and mid‑term business needs.
- Lead the definition, delivery, and performance of the Manufacturing Execution Technology project and service portfolio.
- Collaborate across Technology domains on portfolio planning, budgeting, architecture, sourcing, and capability development.
- Define and drive the Manufacturing Execution technology strategy, including product vision, roadmaps, lifecycle ownership, and cross‑product alignment.
- Manage key vendors to ensure effective utilisation and lifecycle success of Manufacturing Execution products.
- Partner with the business to deliver technology‑enabled transformation programmes and jointly own transformation outcomes.
- Oversee Technology budget accountability, supporting the business in making informed cost and investment decisions.
- Foster an inclusive, high‑performing team culture while championing a digital mindset focused on agility, customer value, and impactful delivery.
- Successful delivery and operations of standardized solutions for the Sandoz Operations organization that are well aligned to the business strategy and global Technology Strategy

If you are currently enrolled in a Master and can sign a Collaboration Agreement with the University or School, this is a great opportunity to combine your learnings from the classroom with real-world experience, having a direct contribution to the business and allowing Sandoz to pioneer access for patients!

What You’ll Bring To The Role
- University education related to Sciences, Business administration or similar.
- Currently studying a master's degree related to the function you'd be working on will be positively valued.
- MUST HAVE: Possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university or school.
- Native / C2 Spanish mandatory. Fluent English C1 - C2 is a must.
- Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
- We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.
- Internship Duration: 12 months.

- Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
- Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
