🚀 Junior Go-To-Market Specialist (HubSpot / Marketing Ops) – Contract
We’re hiring a hands-on Go-To-Market Specialist (Contract) to support demand generation campaigns for a global technology leader in Barcelona.
This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone with early experience in marketing automation, HubSpot, and CRM systems who wants to deepen their expertise in campaign operations.
📍 Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
📅 Contract: Initial 6 months (extension likely)
⏰ Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week)
⚖️ Engagement: Autónomo (freelance contractor)
💶 Rate: €12/13/hour
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, content syndication)
- Build and manage workflows in HubSpot
- Support lead nurturing and segmentation strategies
- Ensure smooth lead handoff into Salesforce
- Monitor campaign metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline impact)
- Maintain clean CRM data and campaign attribution
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Hands-on exposure to HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance tracking
- Organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong
- Experience in SaaS or tech marketing is a plus
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and data-driven side of marketing — building campaigns, working with automation tools, and understanding how leads move through the funnel.
