Your day-to-day as a FullStack Developer:

• Service & API Development: Architect, build and maintain scalable, reliable backend services in Node.js (e.g. NestJS) and server-side applications with Next.js.
• Microservices & Event-Driven Systems: Design and implement microservices architectures and event-driven pipelines (Kafka or similar), ensuring loose coupling, high performance, and resilience.
• Frontend Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to build responsive, high-quality pixel-perfect frontends using React, Vue, or Angular, and integrate with our RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Performance & Quality: Optimize load times, bundle sizes, and user interactions.
• Agile & DevOps: Champion our “Shakers Agile” methodology—own your GitLab workflow, write tests, enforce CI/CD best practices, and automate where it makes sense (AWS EC2/S3/CloudFront/Lambda).
• Architecture & Quality: Apply Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure a maintainable codebase.
• Security & Compliance: Implement authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), enforce data protection, and integrate code-quality/security tools (SonarQube).

You´re a great fit if you have this...

• Experience: At least 2 or 3 years of professional development experience—we’re looking for real, on-the-job product work, not internships or bootcamps. Bonus if you’ve shipped features at another product-focused company.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics or a closely related STEM field.

• Technical Expertise: Real experience building full stack applications with Node.js, Next.js, Vue/Angular, or similar. We also accept
  • Proven experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (Kafka).
  • Hands-on with Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, SOLID, and Clean Code practices.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda).
• Quality & Security Mindset:
  • Strong understanding of web security best practices (authentication, authorization, data encryption).
  • Experience with quality and security tooling (JWT, OAuth, SonarQube, Kiuwan).
• Startup & Collaboration:
  • Highly proactive—more than just executing specs, you’ll propose improvements, optimize performance, and drive scalability.
  • Excellent communicator and team player, comfortable working in a lean, agile environment.

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 25.000€ and 40.250€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

• Between 25.000€ & 35.000€ fixed salary
• Up to 5.250€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential and Shakers global results (15%)

Hoy buscamos un perfil de Data Scientist o ML Engineer para incorporarse a un proyecto con foco en IA Generativa aplicada al sector legal.

Trabajarás en el desarrollo y mejora de un sistema conversacional inteligente.

¿Qué harás?

Formarás parte de un equipo que está construyendo una solución con impacto real: un sistema de asistencia legal basado en LLMs y agentes especializados.

Tu misión será mejorar la precisión y consistencia de las respuestas generadas, combinando técnicas de NLP, fine-tuning y recuperación semántica.

Algunas tareas clave: Diseñar e implementar mejoras basadas en hipótesis claras y validación posterior.

Analizar errores del sistema (hallazgos semánticos, interpretación del contexto, etc.)

y proponer soluciones desde el stack de datos/ML.

Colaborar con otros perfiles técnicos y de negocio para priorizar mejoras basadas en feedback real de usuarios.

Trabajar con arquitectura modular de agentes, LLMs agnósticos y pipelines de evaluación.

Stack tecnológico Python, Jupyter Notebooks APIs REST / GraphQL PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs (GPT, Gemini, etc.)

Google Cloud, especialmente Vertex AI Git, CI/CD, buenas prácticas de ingeniería Procesamiento de datos jurídicos y BOE (valorable) Buscamos a alguien que: Tenga experiencia real en proyectos de Machine Learning o AI Generativa.

Sea analítico, creativo y riguroso : nos importan tanto las ideas como cómo las validas.

Se sienta cómodo en entornos en evolución y con cierta incertidumbre técnica.

Sea autónomo pero disfrute colaborar con otros perfiles (Producto, Legal, Ingeniería).

Tenga fluidez con documentación técnica en inglés.

Bonus: Si has trabajado con sistemas conversacionales, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), o IA aplicada a dominios legales o complejos, será un plus importante.
