As a Delivery Manager, you'll guide your team through ambitious projects, create an environment where everyone can do their best work, and build lasting connections with customers and colleagues across borders. You'll own the day-to-day success of your people—coaching them, developing their capabilities, and creating clarity when things get complicated!

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Your Team: Build trust with your team members, coach them toward excellence, and take ownership of hiring, growth, and performance conversations. Create a space where people feel supported to take on challenges and learn from experience.
• Guide Project Delivery: Organize your team for efficiency, remove obstacles that slow progress, and ensure customers receive the solutions they need on time. Stay close to the work and jump in when smart problem-solving and steady leadership are needed.
• Connect Strategy to Execution: Work with sales and leadership to understand what customers need, translate that into clear direction for your team, and keep everyone focused on delivering real value.
• Navigate Across Boundaries: Build effective links across functions and geographies, influence without direct authority, and collaborate with matrix partners to move projects forward.
• Champion Quality and Compliance: Make sure your team understands why quality, safety, and compliance matter. Lead by example and ensure everything you deliver meets our standards.
• Contribute to the Bigger Picture: Show up in management forums, share insights from your area, and bring global initiatives to life with your team's energy and commitment.
  
  

• Relevant experience managing services teams or leading project delivery, with hands-on responsibility for team performance and outcomes in a commercial environment.
• Working knowledge of PLM solutions, services delivery, and how to connect strategy to what happens on the ground.
• Proven ability to develop people, set clear expectations, and create accountability without micromanaging.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills—you can explain complex ideas simply and connect with people across cultures and functions.
• Comfort working in matrix organizations, influencing without direct authority, and collaborating across geographies and teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed and flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
  
  

• Background in software, industrial software, or PLM environments.
• Familiarity with Siemens' business, products, or how we work.
• Experience leading services teams in multinational, EMEA-based organizations.
