FUNCIONES:
-Monitoreo del progreso de los proyectos en ejecución mediante la recopilación de la información relevante para actualizar adecuadamente el calendario según los procedimientos del cliente.
-Planificación y control de las curvas de progreso físico (curvas S), para cada fase del proyecto
-Proporcionar un análisis real vs planificado según la línea de base, así como los posibles impulsores y acciones de mejora.
-Proporcionar información para resaltar cualquier desviación entre el progreso físico de los proyectos y sus impactos económicos.
-Elaboración de informes de proyectos, periódicamente y bajo demanda
-Análisis de las rutas críticas y preparación de las acciones de recuperación de acuerdo con los Equipo de proyecto
-Análisis de los principales KPI de tiempo / costo (Valor ganado utilizando el estándar de los clientes y las herramientas
-Asistir a las reuniones periódicas del proyecto que se llevan a cabo en el sitio o en la oficina.
REQUERIMIENTOS:
-3-5 años de experiencia en planificación de obras de construcción, preferentemente en proyectos EPC o de gran envergadura.
-Grado universitario: ingeniería civil, industrial o carrera

Role Accountabilities
- People management is the most important part of your role, you set up your team members for success and build a true tilbury community in your respective stores
- Monthly rota scheduling and payroll budgeting and forecasting (responding to trading conditions)

- Working and liaising with host store partners, senior stakeholders and external vendors - ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures
- Management on stock levels (sales, audits and counts) analysing all information available to provide proactive counsel to the Area Manager on stock lines
- Adhere to health and safety guidance in the workplace
- Execute flawless visual merchandising and grooming standards on a daily basis

Following the guidelines given by Project Management, as a Project Site Manager, you will be responsible for lead and coordinate all activities related to the assembly and installation of automated and robotic lines for the manufacture of automotive components, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and safety on site. You will be directly responsible for the technical execution of the project in the field. Main projects located in USA.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize the phases of project execution, defining schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Determine the human, technical, and material resources necessary for project development.
Supervise and coordinate staff under your responsibility, including supervisors and team leaders.
Coordinate closely with the engineering team for the reception, analysis, and implementation of technical assembly information.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors the resources and conditions necessary for the progress of the work.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and applicable regulations.
Report periodically on the progress of the work to the Project Manager and maintain fluid communication with the end customer.
Resolve technical and operational incidents that may arise during assembly.
Ensure the correct documentation and technical closure of the facilities.
What will you need as a successful Project Site Manager?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar. Postgraduate or master´s degree related to project management or construction management will be valued.
Proven experience of minimum 10 years in similar roles, with proven experience in assembling automated and/or robotic lines, preferably in the automotive sector.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Advanced level of English and Spanish native.
Technical knowledge:
o Complex electromechanical installations
o Robotic systems and industrial automation
o Reading and interpreting technical drawings
o Industrial safety regulations and quality management
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
