Descripción del puesto

Misión: Liderar el desarrollo de la construcción e ingeniería del proyecto siendo capaz de gestionar las restricciones del mismo que afecten al alcance, coste o el plazo. Será el máximo encargado de la estructura dedicada a la ejecución del proyecto en Sitio, dependiendo funcionalmente y jerárquicamente del Director de Construcción.

Funciones: El Site Manager tendrá que realizar entre otras las siguientes funciones.

- Establecer y mantener las relaciones entre el equipo de construcción y subcontratistas.

- Negociar, proponer la adjudicación y gestionar las empresas subcontratistas así como los recursos propios de la obra.

- Mantener el flujo de información sobre aspectos relacionados con la construcción y entre el equipo de construcción y el resto de las organizaciones involucradas en el Proyecto.

- Aprobación de los procedimientos de construcción de los subcontratistas, así como revisiones de ellos.

- Dirigir las reuniones generales periódicas para las actividades preparatorias de la construcción y reuniones generales de construcción.

- Aprobar los horarios de los subcontratistas que participan en las obras, y coordinar entre ellos los objetivos generales del proyecto.

- Analizar el desarrollo del calendario del proyecto comparándolo con los avances de las actividades de construcción.

- Ser el responsable de la ejecución según la planificación aprobada con la calidad requerida y el coste acordado.

- Ser el responsable de la aplicación en obra de la política de prevención de riesgos de salud, calidad y aspectos medioambientales de Acciona.

Conocimientos complementarios

Es necesaria la experiencia mínima de 10 años como Site Manager en proyectos EPC de transmisión en proyectos internacionales.

Se requiere el conocimiento de la herramienta ofimática Microsoft y se valorarán otros conocimientos en CAD y Primavera.

Se requiere capacidad de adaptación al cambio y disponibilidad en fijar su residencia en los Países Bajos.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of our internal IT infrastructure across our Barcelona and Madrid offices.

This role is crucial in ensuring our team has the reliable, secure, and efficient technology tools they need to deliver world-class motorsports solutions.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be the go-to person for all internal IT matters, providing essential support with a user-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management:

Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure in the Barcelona and Madrid offices, including workstations (Windows and macOS) and servers.

Ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of all internal systems.

License Management

Oversee and manage all software licenses for applications used across the company, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

IT Security Operations

Be operationally in charge of all internal IT security measures, including managing antivirus solutions, implementing patching strategies, and monitoring firewalls.

Respond to security incidents and implement preventative measures.

Office Infrastructure

Manage and maintain office technology infrastructure, including printers, meeting room audio-visual equipment, and internet connectivity.

Set up IT accounts, workstations, and necessary access for all new employees.

Provide IT induction and initial support for new hires.

Manage company mobile phones, including ordering, setup, and basic support.

Backup And Restore

Skills And Qualifications
