• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote SO/ Sotogrande's services and amenities
• Support the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clients
• Help create engaging content for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness

En AB SO LU TE queremos sumar al equipo un/a Project Manager con alma estratega en la misión de transformar cada evento en una absoluta experiencia de comunicación.

Si llevas al menos 5 años gestionando ferias nacionales e internacionales, dominas el marketing ferial y te puedes mover con soltura en inglés (nivel B2 mínimo), ¡queremos conocerte!

Buscamos un perfil que entienda el medio ferial en todas sus dimensiones: planificación, producción, logística y, por supuesto, relación con el cliente.

¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?

Coordinarás de principio a fin eventos en la tipología de marketing ferial, con enfoque total en este método.

Serás el nexo entre cliente, proveedores y equipo interno, asegurando que todo fluya con excelencia.

Supervisarás cada fase: preproducción, ejecución y desmontaje.

Optimizarás presupuestos, maximizando la rentabilidad mientras mantienes la satisfacción total del cliente.

Analizarás los resultados post-evento para ofrecer feedback y mejorar continuamente.

¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS DE TI?

Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de ferias.

Nivel de inglés B2 (oral y escrito); se trabajará con clientes y proveedores internacionales.

Se valorará positivamente el nivel C1.

Pasión por el sector ferial y experiencial.

Dominio de herramientas como Office, primordialmente Excel, y plataformas de gestión de proyectos (Basecamp, Zoho, etc.).

Disponibilidad para viajar y flexibilidad horaria.

Capacidad de anticipación, resolución de imprevistos y liderazgo natural.
