• Preparation and submission of group proposals in accordance with guidelines set by sales executives.
• Ongoing assistance in the maintenance of the group database.
• Assist if required in the preparation of meeting material, i.e., conference kits, direct mail pieces, etc., in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Keep the archive in order and documentation accessible to the rest of the team.
• Participate in the reception and operations of groups and events together with the Conference Welcomer.
• Acquire the necessary knowledge related to Marketing and Communication for a better performance of the assigned tasks.
• Provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests up to Sofitel brand standards.
• On behalf of Sofitel Barcelona, establish positive relationships with clients.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that all required tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Ensure confidentiality of information or transactions of the hotel, clients, and staff during or after the internship period in the company.

• Audit all daily income that has been received and ensure all relevant revenues such as rooms, food and beverage and other revenues, are correctly and completely recognized and recorded in the accounting system.
• Support the income audit process and initiate improvements.
• Support the cash process and initiate improvements.
• Reconcile revenues and payments registered in the PMS with receivables on the bank account.
• Initiate improvement projects based on your findings.

• Preparación, cocción y presentación de platos en su partida, garantizando calidad, consistencia y tiempos de servicio.
• Organizar la mise en place y el servicio, asegurando un pase eficiente y ordenado.
• Coordinar y distribuir tareas del equipo asignado en el Rooftop, asegurando una ejecución homogénea y el cumplimiento de estándares.

Reportando al Front Office Manager o a la persona que le sustituya, será responsable de ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad que garantice la satisfacción del huésped, anticipándose a sus necesidades y gestionando con eficacia sus solicitudes y peticiones especiales.

Misión Del Puesto

• Proporcionar una atención excelente durante el check-in, la estancia y el check-out, respondiendo con prontitud, eficiencia y cortesía.
• Gestionar reservas, cambios y asignaciones de habitaciones, asegurando la correcta actualización del PMS y el cumplimiento de los estándares del hotel.
• Controlar cuentas de huéspedes y facturación, garantizando que los cargos sean correctos y se registren en el momento oportuno.
• Aplicar estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad en transacciones con tarjeta y efectivo, emisión de llaves, protección de datos y confidencialidad del huésped.
• Mantener una comunicación fluida con los distintos departamentos (especialmente Housekeeping), asegurando una coordinación eficaz de prioridades y necesidades operativas.
• Registrar y documentar con precisión incidencias, solicitudes, mensajes y seguimientos, distribuyéndolos según los procedimientos internos.

Te apasionan los números, el orden y la precisión, y ofreces un servicio impecable al hotel y a la compañía propietaria en todo lo relacionado con el ciclo de cuentas a pagar. Garantizas el correcto registro, control y seguimiento de facturas, gastos y pagos, velando por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, la adecuada documentación de soporte y la fiabilidad de la información financiera.

Tienes iniciativa y trabajas bien de forma independiente, comunicándote de forma eficaz con los distintos departamentos del hotel y con proveedores externos, asegurando una gestión rigurosa, ágil y confidencial.

Reportando al Director de Finanzas será responsable de las siguientes misiones, no limitándose a ellas:

Misión Del Puesto

• Preparar, revisar, conciliar y contabilizar facturas y notas de gasto y gestionar estados de cuenta de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la empresa. Reclamación de diferencias.
• Control de provisiones y gastos anticipados para el cierre contable.
• Control y registro de las facturas de inmovilizado en el sistema contable.
• Creación y supervisión de proveedores aprobados en los sistemas.
• Programación y preparación de las remesas mensuales con todas las facturas válidas para pago.
• Verificación y control de costes de alimentos y bebidas con el seguimiento de los traspasos entre outlets y/o almacén central.
• Verificación de inventario mensual de los outlets activos.
• Control diario de los cargos de proveedores en bancos y conciliación de cuentas bancarias y Balance AP.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los SOP marcados por la compañía.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de documentación / autorización.
• Revisión de las transacciones de invitaciones diarias para confirmar que todas ellas tienen el soporte adecuado.
• Apoyo al resto del departamento en conciliación de ingresos, reporte de ventas y reclamo de deuda.
• Preparación mensual de los libros de IVA tanto soportado como repercutido.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los due date en los cierres contables.
• Soporte en auditorías internas y externas de la propiedad.
  
  

• Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar, preferiblemente en hoteles de características similares.
• Licenciatura en ADE, Finanzas, Contabilidad o equivalente.
• Conocimiento sólido del Plan General Contable y de procesos administrativos y financieros.
• Conocimiento del negocio hotelero y de la operativa financiera asociada.
• Idiomas: español e inglés, hablado y escrito.
• Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office / Windows, especialmente Excel.
• Valorable conocimiento de Power BI.
