Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelnce Real Estate Agent located in either Murcia or Marbella, The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for listing properties, marketing them, and conducting property showings. The role also involves assisting clients with buying and selling properties, providing excellent customer service, and navigating the legal and administrative aspects of real estate transactions. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License (if working in the Valancia area)
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales skills in the context of the real estate market
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective communication skills in multiple languages are beneficial
• Proficiency in navigating legal and administrative aspects of real estate is a plus
• Local knowledge of the area in which you are wishing to work and surrounding areas is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
