- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, KiCad).
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Barcelona.
- Nice to have: experience with power electronics, signal conditioning, sensor integration, or participation in projects like Formula Student, robotics competitions, or personal innovations.
You’ll thrive at THEKER if

- You’re open to feedback, collaborative, and enjoy making decisions as a team
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PCBs and electronic circuits for robotic systems.
- Develop and integrate embedded systems, including programming microcontrollers.
- Test and debug electronic hardware and firmware to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for seamless system integration.
- Research and apply new technologies to bring innovative solutions to our robots.
What We Offer
- Being part of a fast-growing robotics and AI startup with huge ambition, where your career can accelerate alongside the company.
- The chance to make a real impact from day one, building robotics solutions with global reach.
- A focused, talent-dense team of passionate innovators who live and breathe robotics.
- An environment where new ideas are encouraged, and your contributions shape both the product and the company.
- 100% on-site work in Barcelona.
What the process looks like
