- Champion insight-led thinking and guide clients on what to measure, ensuring campaigns deliver real ROI.
- Mentor and motivate teams, raising the bar on pitching and selling world-class work.
- Spot opportunities others miss, challenge briefs to unlock bigger deals, and help TLC grow by turning great ideas into game-changing wins.
- A track record of pitching and winning integrated campaigns
- Proven experience as Group Account Director, Strategic Director, or similar in a leading agency
- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams while building strong client relationships
- Energy, curiosity, and confidence to influence at the highest level
- Passion for big ideas and bold thinking
- Ability to turn €100k briefs into €1M+ campaigns
- A culture of insight, evaluation, and best practice
- Commercial creativity and resilience
