Purpose of the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be the main point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses looking to grow through our advertising platform. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-driven prospecting and outreach, while also converting qualified leads generated by the BDR team. Your mission is to understand each client's business goals, present tailored advertising strategies, and drive revenue growth by turning prospects into long-term advertising partners.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify, research, and prospect high-potential SMB accounts through self-driven outbound outreach, including cold calls and emails, in addition to working on leads qualified by the BDR team
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach or first pitch meeting through to deal closure
- Present tailored advertising strategies to SMB clients, aligning solutions such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads to their specific marketing objectives
- Build, maintain, and expand a portfolio of SMB advertising clients, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent revenue growth
- Understand clients' business goals, media objectives, and challenges, turning data and insights into compelling narratives that demonstrate our Client's value
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and remove any roadblocks to investment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce, including opportunities, activities, and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate closely with the BDR team, providing feedback to continuously improve lead quality and alignment on target accounts
- C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management is strongly desirable
- Proven ability to self-prospect, build pipeline independently, and confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals with business decision-makers
- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach alongside managing an existing client portfolio
- Strong experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), analyzing customer data, and managing sales pipelines
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus
- Clear and confident communicator, able to present complex solutions in a simple and compelling way
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a consistent track record of hitting revenue targets

Tu misión será garantizar una atención 360º, gestionando:

Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Development Representative your mission is to identify and qualify sales opportunities among small and medium-sized businesses and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team. Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly targets and meet daily/weekly activity goals in terms of outreach volume and meetings booked

- Valorable formación en ISO 45001
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés- C1.

- Nivel medio- alto paquete office, especialmente Excel
- Experiencia: Al menos 2 años en servicio propio o ajeno mancomunados.
